The Perch | Pet Friendly, Lake Access, Great Views!

Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The perch decor theme was cute. The view for the sunrise was gorgeous.

Pretty views of the mountains and lake. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the property was well-kept and clean. Easy check-in/check-out process

Property was amazing with spectacular views! This is my 4th time to Deep Creek and the nicest place I’ve stayed.

Weekend getaway with our adult children and 6-month old granddaughter. Loved that the home was pet-friendly (all our dog watchers were with us!!). Hot tub was a hit with everyone!!! Ping pong table, puzzles, and games were some of the most important things we looked for in a rental. We were looking forward to a campfire but it rained. Rooms were perfect for our family - Treehouse room was ideal for putting a baby to sleep! She also loved the baby swing!! The space was the perfect size for our group. Wish we had more time to enjoy everything!! We would love to come back!!!!!

The Perch worked out wonderfully for us and the grandkids. The kids enjoyed the basement amenities, but they really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The beds were a bit firm, but overall fine. The house was clean and well stocked with whatever you may need to prepare and serve a meal. The various feather friend related items, to include the tree on the stairway impressed the kids. We used the grill quite a bit, so that being available was a benefit. As we spent the 4th there, we were pleasantly surprised that we could see multiple towns and villages fireworks from the porch. The kids really, really enjoyed that.

Came to the lake for a wedding. We brought our kids so our parents watched the kids in the Perch while we were at the wedding. They loved the house and played very well. Everything was very clean. We would definitely come back.

The beds were extremely hard. Be prepared to bring an air topper or featherbed. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The Perch was perfect for our family stay. Our daughter loved the ping pong table, swings, and firepit. The hot tub was great. The space was beautiful. The beds were comfy. My only complaint is the dartboard and corn hole sets need updating/refurbishing.

Wonderful stay! The place was spacious and had beautiful views of the lake and hillside.

There was lots of space for the six adults to be together for meals and activities, but there was also sufficient space to disperse for independent activities.

Home was well-stocked with necessities. Issues were few and minor. They were quickly resolved.Nice views. Good value.We would stay again

We stayed here for a long weekend and the property was great and well maintained. The property manger was also very responsive and would book this place again!

I love a place with a theme and The Perch certainly delivers! From the owl art on the walls to the lighted bird houses on top of the cabinets the decor was so neat and my kids loved the treehouse. The Perch is so much more than the decor though, the views from the deck are absolutely beautiful, hanging out in the hot tub was relaxing and the layout was perfect for our family (4 kids and grandparents!). My kids loved all the games and toys available (ping pong and legos were a big hit) plus there was plenty of space for the adults to hang out and relax outside while the kids ran around. In addition to all that I thought the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We plan to come back again in the future and make more lakehouse memories!

We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 toddlers. The open spaces on the deck were lovely every morning and evening! The house is well situated near all the parks and places to eat. It was our first time in Deep Creek, and this experience will have us returning! When we arrived the sink of the main bedroom was clogged. The customer service was quick to respond, and had it fixed immediately which was fantastic and very appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic and restorative stay at the Perch. My husband, dog Pepper and I enjoyed four nights at the Perch. The property was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. We spent time reading, napping, playing games, enjoying the hot tub and making delicious food. It was a great place for us to unwind and disconnect from our busy jobs. We also enjoyed being so close to many parks and hiking trails. We will certainly return and have already shared our experience at the Perch with friends who were looking for a rental.
