The Park Avenue Retreat is only steps to Main Street and Town Lift, and features high-end finishes, a private hot tub, and plenty of space for the whole family!

The Space:
Start off your day with breakfast in the gourmet kitchen, then take the short walk (
Ski home via the Town Lift runs and hop in the hot tubfor a soak, before getting ready for dinner and a night out on Main Street, only one block away.

With 2 living areas, there's plenty of room to stay in for a movie or game night as well.

Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

    This property has it all! Great location one street behind Main Street. Upscale finishes inside. Plenty of rooms and separate living areas for large groups. Heated floors were awesome! Would definitely stay again!
