Literally the BEST host we have ever had. I have a very large podcast and frequently travel and this entire experience was so far superior to any we have ever had. I have probably had at least 45-50 vrbo rentals if not more and every aspect of this experience from the great house to the communication and kindness of the host, was the best i have experienced! A million stars would not be enough!

I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodations, and the pool was a delightful feature. Furthermore, the communication with the host was excellent.I highly recommend this property to anyone.The house interior design was very beautiful and well done.

The house was clean and well appointed, with plenty of space and rooms. The host was very accommodating for an early check-in and late check-out. The communication was terrific and every room was as if from a magazine.

The house was great

We had a very nice stay at this house. We used the living room to watch TV, we cooked in the kitchen and we swam in the pool. Couple of suggestions: 1) Need more curtains or shade for the windows in the master bedroom 2) more kitchen towels.

Great house. Easy access to LV. Roomy for 3 couples. Very clean with creature comforts….duralog for easy ambiance. Inflated pool floats on the ready. Owner quickly responded to questions. Enjoyable stay

Something out of a magazine - but the top notch experience didn’t end there, the host, location, appointed amenities including house layout was perfect for an extended off strip stay, allowing our group to mix business and pleasure. Only place we’ll stay upon heading back to town. ,

This house was stunning - My employees said the host had everything thought out and it was one of the most comfortable stays they have been in. We look forward to booking again in the future. The host was beyond kind and accommodating to us. I had a really bad experience prior with another stay, and they helped put my mind at ease and REALLY salvaged my feelings towards booking these style of stays.

The property is really well furnished and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The property is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood about a 10-15 minute drive from the strip. The property itself is a really good size, with plenty of outdoor space. The backyard is private with a pool, sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor eating area. The driveway is massive and you also have the use of the garage too. In the Vegas heat the house stayed cool and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linin really soft, there were loads of clean towels available in the towel cupboard and extra towels located in the room to the backyard. Our host Snir, was so welcoming, on arrival he provided us with some snacks and some cold water in the fridge. The communication with Snir was the best we have experienced when renting properties from a private host. He gave us tips of where to eat and places to visit and advised when the pool cleaning guy would be servicing the pool. Upon hearing we got married in Vegas, Snir arranged for a bottle of champagne and some delicious cakes to be delivered to the house. Such a nice gesture, thank you Snir. We would both 100% recommend this villa to anyone and if we are to visit Las Vegas again in the future, this is where we will be staying. Thanks again Snir for your hospitality and the use of your fabulous villa. It was a home away from home and the perfect backdrop for some of our wedding pictures ❤️ Adrian & Oana

Amazing designer touches throughout and very comfortable. A nice retreat after a long day working a trade show. The pool and outdoor space is great and nicely shaded during summer afternoons. The host is absolutely top notch!

Really cute midcentry modern home with pool that was great for family vacation with all the amenities needed to remain comfortable. Just far enough away and just close enough to the strip.

Outside was unassuming but when you open that “yellow door” you will be transported into a cool retreat. Well decorated and clean. Nice towels. New appliances. Owner quick to respond to my silly questions and so sweet. Ice cold waters and a variety of yummy snacks were waiting for us. Ubered back and forth for dinner on strip so very convenient. Give this cute retreat a try!
