Nice house, neat furniture pieces! Quiet neighborhood. Pleasant stay, much nicer than squeezing the fam into hotel rooms.

Everything was in good condition upon arrival, the host was very responsive even during late hours. The pool was perfect and we had a blast! My only concern was the beds and furniture were very uncomfortable by the end of the stay but we were there for 8 days so what can you expect. It was a great stay for both of us and we would do it again for sure!

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. It’s beautifully decorated and feels cozy and welcoming. The pool area is definitely the best part — spacious, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. We would happily stay here again!

Lights are full of bugs. Ventilation system is extremely dirty. Window to look out kitchen covered in food and water spots. Hothouse was dusty all over blinds tables. Fans. My daughter needed a bandaid first aid kit had used gloves and bloody gauze and nothing else. No meds no bandages. First thing we seen as we walk in is the closet door off its hinges. That would have cost 10 to fix. Screens on porch need to be repaired. Light in spare bath light is unusable due to flashing needs repair. No light in room with bunk beds. Pillows your supposed to sleep on were yellow and nasty. Hardly any space in closet to place your things due to it being full of linens. (These should be put away not in the sit of renters) When we spoke to the owner about renting they we made it clear that we owned a short term rental cleaning service. And that we are coming visit an Instagram influencer. The owner did not even try to make sure the house was tip top for us so we had to change our plans of having her come to the house and do live videos. We also left the night before check out because a roach crawled on me in the bed. I’m just so very disappointed in this rental. It could be so much more. O and to top it off it looks like a furniture storage facility. Way to much furniture. You can hardly move. I expected so much more of this house. Just wow!

Great place to stay! Property was clean. It had everything we needed. I would recommend a few hand towels for the kitchen. Communication with owner was great as well.

This property was exactly what we needed. Perfect space for 2 families, close distance to the areas we wanted to visit. The host was responsive to all questions and the house/pool was very clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

Darryl is a great host and very accommodating this house has absolutely everything my family loved our stay here the pool was bigger in person we would definitely return to this property and next time stay longer then 4 nights!!

The house was close enough to springs, restaurants and shops that made it very convenient for our trip. However, the house itself was not very comfortable for our stay. The beds and sofas were hard, the feral cats were drinking from the pool (which in addition to the dirt at pool bottom, made the pool undesirable to swim), the televisions in the common areas as well as the primary bedroom were not working (one was not set up, one required a pin to watch anything, and one kept freezing and losing internet connection). I did like sitting out on the patio as the weather was phenomenal.

Due to severe issues with the property, my family and I were forced to leave within 12 hours of arrival.Upon arriving at the property, we were immediately met with unsanitary and unacceptable conditions that were not disclosed in the listing. The house had a strong, pervasive smell of cat urine, which was confirmed by the cleaning crew present at the time of our arrival. They admitted that there had been prior issues with cats, and the ammonia-like odor was overwhelming throughout the house. Despite our efforts to mitigate the smell, purchasing air fresheners, candles, and cleaning products, the odor remained unbearable.In addition to the odor, the house was in a severe state of disrepair, significantly different from the pictures presented on the VRBO listing. Additionally, there were numerous stray cats surrounding the property, which frequently meowed through the night and drank from the pool, further diminishing the usability of the outdoor space.I immediately contacted the owner to inform him of the issues, and he acknowledged that he had previous problems with cats getting into the house’s soffits. He agreed to inspect the house but was only available on Tuesday. However, by Sunday morning, the conditions were unbearable, and we made the decision to leave.

Great home. Very nice. Host was great.There are a lot of cats in the neighborhood and can awkwardly be heard at night.

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative and was flexible when we wanted to extend our stay.

Unfortunately, we visited Orlando for to visit a sick family member. When booking, I had originally booked a different place which happened to be no where near the advertised location. The Olivia was our saving grace. The host was very attentive from the very start even before securing the home! When we arrived all my crazy questions were answered immediately. I had trouble with the security system app, but the host was very understanding and made accomadations for my outdated phone. The pool was clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with a fan. The host had an electrician there to fix the problem within hours. There were games and a few toys. All age groups were relaxed and enjoyed the stay which is more than we could ask for. The interior design was amazing to see. The screened in patio was also a great axdition. I would 10/10 recommend the Olivia to anyone. The host was amazing to work with and ensured our stay was wonderful!

Easy to find and move about the area from. The house was very clean and any issue we had was quickly taken care of.
