Stayed Aug 6, 2025The house was great everything worked properly and clear instructions were given on how to operate all systems within the house and the outdoor area. Also impressed with the clearness of the house. The pool area was awesome my two young boys really enjoyed their stay. We would definitely recommend this to our friends.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Communication with John and Tina was easy. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained They have everything you need to start enjoying your vacation. Welcome tray was a nice touch and made us feel welcome.Our only complaint (which was explained by phone with Tina) was there is an additional fee to heat the spa and pool and we were not aware of the fee until after booking. That being said, the outdoor space was amazing. Pool, spa, firepit, grill and lots of seating. Perfect space to enjoy the outdoors.The four adults renting the house would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025I have rented many homes for vacations and this home places in the top 3! It’s everything it’s advertised and pictured to be! The most equipped home I have ever rented. The owners were top notch and communication was great! The beds were so comfortable and perfect amount of space for 6 of us. We will be back!!!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time. The pool area is excellent for hanging out. We did not want for anything, the house has everything you could possibly need. Tina and John were excellent communicators. The next time we are in Lake Havasu, we would definitely book with them again.
