This home is in the perfect location. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops plus walking through the neighborhood was beautiful. Hot tub option was great. Host response time was amazing. Home was beautiful and spacious.

Fantastic place to stay with a group. Close proximity to many great places to eat and amenities when staying in Louisville. We had 7 in our group and didn't feel cramped for space, restrooms, etc... Enjoyed the hot tub and games!

Everything was great

Thank you for allowing us to return “home” for a few days.. The arcade games were a huge hit w the men and the ladies enjoyed beating them at pool. The hot tub was a relaxing touch that I thoroughly enjoyed. We definitely would return to this rental as it afforded ample room to spread out and enjoy our mini family vacay. The decor was lovely. Quiet, spacious, and full of FUN for this family!Bonuses: Excellent area for walking, partaking of yummies (adult & kid), and easy access to area attractions. And a brand new Kroger less than mile away!Allergen Alert: feather/down throw pillows throughout.

This is our second time at this property. The layout is great and works well to have a family dinner. I like the Kitchen, and it works well for me to cook. I did like that we can still access the garage to unload our luggage and keep the car outside the garage door.My husband and I did notice that the property is getting a lot of wear and tear. The garbage disposal did not work and the handle on the kitchen faucet kept falling off. The furniture in the living room needs a GOOD cleaning or replaced. The rug under the sofa in the living room needs to be thrown away and replaced with a new one. ALL the carpet could use a good cleaning. Lots of big dark spots, especially upstairs. I think you would benefit from a twice a year cleaning of inside kitchen drawers/cabinets and bathroom vanity drawers/cabinets. The hardwood could also use a good cleaning and shine.

Very comfortable home, the hot tub was great, we enjoyed the games and space in the garage.We also loved the neighborhood,walked to a restaurant for lunch. Had a great family Christmas

This is the third year in a row we have rented this home for our company's trade show. Everyone loves it and we are planning on reserving it again for next year.

Great place!! We had so much fun. Went for the louder than life concert with my 17 year old for his birthday and it was better that the pictures.. very cool house!!!

Home is pretty. The hvac system was a mess. Very uncomfortable conditions. Could not sleep.

Though we were in town for a funeral, this VRBO made up for it! With family from Missouri, California, and North Carolina, everyone complimented my choice of where we stayed. The unit's size is deceptive - its 3 floors are long and seem to keep offering surprises with every door opened! Each floor features at least one common area with chairs and tables, and each room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and streaming capabilities. Between the arcade games, pool table, foosball, and hot tub, we all kept saying that we'd love to be snowed in here because there is room for everyone to have their own space/privacy. Plus, the walkable neighborhood is DARLING and offers beautiful architecture, shops, dining, parks, ponds, and golf. 10/10!

5 grandkids ages 6-18 , daughter & her spouse and grandmother and grandpapa/me. Master suite with walk in shower & jetted tub was great for us on main floor. Beds & bathrooms for all upstairs and basement. Kids loved the arcade games. Easy on street parking in front. Just needs a hand rail up the front steps for an old guy like me.

Awesome property. We stayed with a group of 8 adults. We had plenty of room to hang out together or be by ourselves. The house was well maintained. Loved the neighborhood, which had restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had one issue with the temperature of water in the basement shower. The manager responded to the concern very quickly and it was fixed within a few hours. Would definitely pick this place to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Norton Commons Lux! The home was absolutely perfect for our group of four—each of us had our own room, and the entire place was spotless and beautifully maintained. We had a couple of small hiccups when we arrived, but the host responded immediately and took care of everything quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.The location is excellent—set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood with a great pizza spot and a cozy breakfast place just around the corner (we didn’t eat there this time, but it was nice knowing the options were so close). Grocery stores were also conveniently nearby. The host was great, and we truly felt at home. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Had a small group of guys here for a bachelor's party weekend and it was a great space for that!

This house is so comfortable and so close to great restaurants. Even on a cold weekend we could walk to dinner.

We had a small Christmas family gathering. The basement with the pool table was a big hit! There was plenty of storage space in the Kitchen and the gas stove was great. I would recommend this home and we would rent again.Thanks Brandon for all your help.

We rented two houses in the same neighborhood to hold an off-site business meeting. This particular house was the 'meeting' house because of the gathering spaces both during and after the meeting. The home is very nice and in good condition with everything we needed including several large areas for breakouts and room for 11 ppl to meet in the same space for discussions and review of visual information on the TV.

Great location in a spacious well kept house.

This is the second year in a row we have booked this home for a trade show we attend every year. It's a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very quite place to unwind after a long hard day.

My family and I recently stayed at the Delphinium property. The home was beautiful and centrally located to everything we needed. Brandon was very accommodating in helping us book our stay. Great company and highly recommended!

This house has it all! Everything is top notch. Such a lovely neighborhood. We cannot say enough about the response when there was anything we needed. Brandon and Kayla went above and beyond. Highly recommend this house!
