❤️The Nest❤️ Shot Walk to Beach, Park, Riverfront & Downtown

The hosts were great communicators and the house was perfect for our stay- walkable, clean, convenient!

The home was clean and bright. It was a great beach location and felt homey. The house had what was needed to enjoy the trip: towels, shampoo, body wash, gas bonfire for s'mores, grill (though this should probably we cleaned or replace grates), coffee supplies, board games, kitchen gear needed, and beach chairs. The beds were comfortable after a long day outside at the beach, the Kids Corner Beach, bike ride on Van Buren trail, and exploring the downtown all just a walk away!

Great location! Walk to everything. So many thoughtful touches in the house, games, beach supplies, bathroom items, kitchen essentials, etc. Bedrooms were nicely appointed with comfy beds. Would stay there again.

This home fit perfectly for our two families. There was plenty to do for the kids with games and books and a fun bunkbed area for them. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. We were a walk away from Kids Corner, Downtown, and the South Beach. We enjoyed a comfy breakfast at the house, the beach all day, time to relax before enjoying the sunset. Highly recommend this location and hope to stay again!

The nest is amazingly well stocked. We would love to come back again next year. It is close to everything, the neighborhood is beautiful with families walking/biking around. It is really good for families with kids because it is close to the kid corner and the beach with blue stairs, which is easy to go down. It is also very close to south beach. The water is shallow for a long distance from the shore, with fine sand, very kid friendly. Highly recommend!

This house was the perfect location and had everything we needed. The owner truly thought of everything, from chargers next to the beds to a coffee station stocked with multiple options and so much more. The house is adorable and we loved having multiple beds in each bedroom. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for the great stay!

The home was perfect for our family get away. The thoughtful touches made it extra comfortable. The location is unbelievable. We also loved sitting out on the patio every single night. The big yard and pergola lights were classic.
