About Lake Darling:
The Alexandria Chain of Lakes includes 11 connected lakes, five of these lakes can be easily navigated by channels which includes: Lake Le Homme Dieu, Lake Carlos, Lake Geneva, Lake Victoria and Lake Darling. The Chain is popularly known for recreation, fishing, and family fun!
Guests will have access to the entire grounds of the property, which includes a full play-set for children, a large dock, and a huge balcony! Also provided are yard games such as Bean Bag Toss, Yard Yahtzee and Floating Toys!

This cabin has one designated parking spots that can accommodate two cars. Each paved spot is labeled in accordance with its cabin number. 'The Nest is Cabin number one.
Guests boats are welcome to dock at the property!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Time of year early April after a snowstorm. In the 30s at night. Drive was shoveled space was nice. It was a good place to stay.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Very cute and comfortable cabin. Everything we needed. Did have trouble with the shower draining. Contacted management and they came out and remedied. I would stay again.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This cabin is nicely updated and furnished. It was the perfect size for a couple or a small family. It was easy to access and close to everything we wanted to do in Alexandria. The only downside was that it is definitely a summer cabin that has been retrofitted with a furnace. It gets cold quickly when the furnace isn't running, and the furnace is very loud in the bedrooms when it does kick on.
