The Neighborhood:

Staying in the Magog-Orford region means getting a pass to a mountain of activities! Magog is alive with a multitude of cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities and events in all seasons. The Parc de la Baie-de-Magog is a must-see with its trails, beaches and boarding dock. In addition to the famous Vieux Clocher, the downtown area is home to boutiques, art galleries and numerous terraces and restaurants.

For more peace and quiet, the trails of the Marais de la Rivière aux Cerises allow the discovery of a preserved nature and two vineyards, the Cep d'Argent and the Vignoble Chemin de la Rivière, tickle the taste buds.

Among the events, the Magog-Orford Grape Harvest Festival and the TriMemphré attract crowds.

In winter, the region offers snow sports at Mont-Orford National Park, Mont-Orford ski resort (5 minutes away) or the ice trail on the shore of Lake Memphremagog (8 minutes away). *

In the summer, golfers and hikers will be satisfied by the Parc National du Mont Orford, only 4 minutes from your condo.

New to Magog, the fields of Bleu Lavande are steeped in history and symbolize passion and determination. Stroll through the fields or treat yourself to a massage on the edge of the lavender fields. Take part in activities for the whole family, have a bite to eat in the bistro or discover exclusive products in the souvenir shop. Bleu Lavande is the pioneer in the cultivation of True Lavender in Quebec and is one of the largest lavender plantations in Canada. ** Located only 6 minutes from your home!

Two superb beaches, both located 13 minutes away:

- Stukely Lake Beach: Discover the gorgeous Lake Stukely beach located in the heart of the Mont-Orford National Park. With its crystal-clear waters, newly arranged facilities and a playground for children, the closely supervised beach is the perfect place for a family beach day! The site also offers many services at the new Bonnallie Visitors Center (lobby, bistro, store, Nature shop, boat rentals, restrooms).

- Fraser Lake Beach : With its beach, boat launch ramp and an area of 1.58 km2(0.4 mi.2), Lake Fraser is a must for outdoor water enthusiasts. The water is clean and clear, and the surrounding natural landscape is nothing short of magnificent. **
