Parking is available in a two car garage attached to the home. A code will be provided to access the garage and front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    Great location next to bike trails.The townhome was great, very modern and spacious, clean and well appointed in the kitchen department.The garage was very large as well and fit a full size SUV with room to spare.The host checked in with us throughout our stay and offered to fix any issues we might have.

    We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We loved being so close to the biking trails and just minutes from downtown for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the area!

    Great property near downtown Bentonville and the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Property has two nice suites and is very clean and comfortable and we had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice getaway in NW Arkansas.

    Perfect location. Close enough to downtown without the hustle and bustle of being downtown. Flow and Tech Hub drop in just behind the property. Great layout of the house with fantastic kitchen, bathrooms, and garage. Bike racks would have been nice but not necessary.

    Exceptional home! Perfect size and layout for our family of 4. Easy access to trails, for my son and I, and so close to great shops and restaurants! You can easily walk to the museum as well! It’s incredible!! We WILL be back. Our first time visiting Bentonville, but not the last!

    We had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend for our family vacation! The house is beautifully-decorated and furnished and includes an open kitchen/family room area as well as dual master suites. We appreciated having the attached 2-car garage to park our truck and for bike storage. During our short stay, we walked to downtown Bentonville several times, and the home is very close to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Unfortunately, our trip was unexpectedly shortened because of the extreme weather/power outages in Bentonville, but the host was very gracious and helped us with a refund for our remaining nights. We are already planning a return trip!

    This was a great place to stay for access for all the fun there is to do in Bentonville. It was easy to walk to Crystal Bridges and I enjoyed exploring all the trails nearby. Would definitely stay again.
