The Mission at Roanoke

The basement was musty smelling when we arrived (it had been raining that weekend but the air purifier was off when we arrived). The bedroom off the dining room is a glass door and didn’t have a curtain, so privacy in that room was minimal. Parking was confusing as the street has signs saying permits are required, but we didn’t have any. Overall, it was very clean! For what we needed however, we wished a few things were a bit better.

House was so cute! Beds were super comfortable . Hosts were great communicators and very helpful. Would stay here again!

It was okay! Close to a busy city street at all hours of the night. However, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great location and lots of room for activities. We were in town for a funeral and was able to have everyone at one place for dinner.

Great location for our visit to Springfield as well as being close to the university. Owners were responsive and had a beautiful home.

The perfect house for our stay in Springfield! Spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large, well stocked kitchen. Large dining room where we played games, as well as a well appointed living room where we all watched a movie together. Close to the campus that we were visiting as a potential school for our daughter. Really enjoyed the historic neighborhood, as well. Great communication with the host. If our daughter ends up attending MO State, I’m sure we will book again!

This is a great property for a family. Plenty of room with 3 large rooms upstairs and then a downstairs with its own small living room area with TV and two twin beds perfect for teens. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is. Every detail, furniture, bedding- I mean I would live here! The location was awesome- 5 minutes south is bass pro, 5 minutes north is downtown Springfield. Will definitely book again! Cheaper than getting two hotel rooms for our family of 6!

We really enjoyed this house. It is an older house with great character. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is on a busy street, and yet it is isolated from the traffic because of its location on a cul-de-sac. There is a lot of traffic noise, which we are not used to, but I slept great anyway. The little tent was greatly appreciated by our grandkids. They loved playing in there. Definitely recommend.

Overall a nice stay. Some problems with the upstairs bathroom and front steps were slippery in the rain.

The managers really thought of everything each room had something thoughtful that you might need for a stay away from home. This house is so charming cozy, antique, with modern touches an absolutly comfortable stay for a large family like ours.

Everything went great, the property was as expected, it met our needs our family (3 generations) was comfortable! I’m a newbie to this and it was very easy and the home was great.
