The Mini Melby - Tiny House on the Space Coast near area's most popular beaches

Booked this unique hidden gem for a weekend before cruising out of Port Canaveral. It was quiet and clean. Close to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended!

First time in a tiny house, worked out just fine. Well appointed for the size, well stocked for my purposes, location worked out perfectly.

The place is exactly as described: in a quiet neighborhood with privacy. We love to camp, so staying in close quarters was comfortable. Nice to have a pool all to ourselves when not at the beach! Joshua was very quick to respond and help with an issue when we first arrived and wanted to be sure we had a good stay.

Great little house, had everything I needed. Relaxing poolside was amazing! My only suggestion is to offer more outdoor furniture other than the 2 chairs by the pool. I would have enjoyed working or eating meals outside.

The place was immaculate and quiet. It was so cozy with such attention to every detail. The host was just a delight and so thoughtful. My new favorite spot in the area.

Nice tiny house in calm, safe and quiet area. Close to Melbourne beach. Within one hour of drive to all attractions we wanted to see (Daytona, KSC, Orlando). The only thing which was non-working was a washing mashine (doors did not close for some reason, so we had to use public laundry) and scent of the tap water from time to time. Besides, everything was perfect, clean and tidy. Good equipment. Clean linens. There is also a nice pool, but we have not used it as it was litte too cold outside. Advice for EU visitors: no tea kettle (non of US properties across Florida we stayed in had it), which is the standard in Europe, but it was a very good coffee machine. All in all, I recommend this property.

This is a cute tiny home. Be sure you are able to go up stairs without railing on steeper steps. Its tricky for some of us. Nicely decorated and appointed
