Stayed Jun 28, 2025In town for a softball tournament. This house was a great location to all the fields and a short drive into the mountains. We were able to enjoy multiple hikes during our down time! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Stayed 1 night for a concert in Denver with friends. The communication was great. Check in was super easy and the place was clean. One of our friends left a car key and the host was very helpful and communicative to find the key and get it sent back to us. We all appreciate the stay and the help after!

Stayed May 19, 2025The stay was great, and everything was as advertised! Only bummers were smoke alarms going off randomly, having to turn on a toilet water supply valve, and a weird stain on a bathroom rug when we arrived that we just washed. The house was perfect for my school students and other chaperone to have their own space! Plus the pool table, tvs, big kitchen, and backyard were all winners with the students. We cooked up some awesome meals and enjoyed they backyard space with fire pit! The location was awesome! Sloan Lake was shown close and a beautiful spot when we were not Downtown visiting and learning. All of Denver museums, zoos, art spaces, and food were all with 30 minutes which made traveling with upper middle school students a breeze! Especially after a busy day and we were all zonked out. The negatives for this stay were all easily fixable so please don't be hesitant to book this establishment! Plus the hosts were SUPER responsive and nice!

The pictures really don't do it justice, it's a beautiful place with nice upgrades and tastefully decorated! We really didn't have to leave the property if we didn't want to. Akio was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!
