Semi-furnished home comes with beds, furniture, and kitchen essentials. Huge, open kitchen includes island, stainless refrigerator, stove, in addition to microwave and granite counter tops. Also includes wet bar, large pantry, big screen TV with table seating for 8. Living area comes furnished with couches, chairs and additional large screen TV. Washer and dryer is included. Bedrooms are carpeted and each have a queen size bed. Bathrooms are updated and all 5 include showers. Set up for up to 9 couples. Split level - 2 Beds up, 4 Beds adjacent in center of house, 1 Bedroom off the Kitchen and another separated by fireplace. Screened in porch area with grill and ping pong. Less than 1 mile walk to Augusta National north gate.

The house worked out well for our week at the masters. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and spacious. The bedrooms were all clean and consistent. The location was perfect for entertaining friends and clients during Masters week. There was some deferred maintenance and a deeper cleaning before our arrival would have been nice. Cleaning and maintenance of outside patio and lawn would have helped create more entertaining space. The property manager was very friendly and responsive to every need or request.
