Welcome to The Maren Bleu.

Our new 14` x 30` pool and sauna are open for all to enjoy! Prepare to experience a plethora of space for entertainment and activities in the sprawling and sun drenched yard on the Southern Side of Walla Walla Wine Country. You’ll arrive to a manicured yard, brand new swimming pool and sauna. Enter on the main level to the bright spacious living room that is the hub of the home.
r>Around the built-ins are the fully loaded kitchen with Miele espresso maker, commercial ice machine for all your hosting needs, all high-end appliances, fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream and plenty of counter space to cook, eat, or socialize. Keep your wine cool in the wine fridge during an extended stay or enjoy the perfect espresso or cappuccino in the morning with plenty of spots to cozy up. The home is recently remodeled with modern high-end amenities and design. You’ll be able to enjoy multiple spacious living spaces both indoors and out. Situated on an acre, the private backyard presents a large space to sprawl out or entertain. Take your pick of many different outdoor games provided for you or just take in the sun on the grass or the luxury seating. The fire pit, BBQ, and umbrella on the crushed granite terrace off the kitchen and dining room might find you outside for lot of the time. The outdoor experience will be like no other.
Up a half set of stairs in the home features a large primary bedroom with en suite bath and private deck looking east over backyard. 2 other bedrooms are upstairs along with another full bath upstairs. The laundry room, open to your use, is down a half set of stairs, along with another large living area for another lounge area. A 4th bedroom is downstairs along with another three quarter bath downstairs and another door to the backyard. It’s an incredible spot to watch or play.
You’ll also have a 2 car garage for parking with Tesla charger to have a full charge throughout your trip. EV Charger has an adaptor to enable non Tesla charging.
All of this with very easy access to many of our favorite wineries on the Southend.

House Rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

Some properties may have additional restrictions such as no pets or adults-only policies. Please review the specific listing details for any home-specific guidelines.

Commercial photography, filming, or events are not allowed without prior approval.

    This was our second stay at Cabernet Compound, and it was even better this time around. The property is meticulously maintained, has an added a pool and sauna, and met our needs to a T. The bedrooms are spacious, and overall the house is quiet, as is the neighborhood. The host was attentive with a mid-stay inquiry.

    Great homebase to explore the wineries of Wall Walla. Plenty big enough for two families to comfortably co-exist. The pool was a welcome relief on these hot days. Overall, highly recommended.

    We stayed with three generations to enjoy a weekend with family. We needed space that would accommodate my 91 year old mom, my husband and I and our two adult daughters. The house was tastefully decorated and the indoor and outdoor space offered plenty of options for everyone. The yard was huge and our grand dog enjoyed the grass to roll on. The kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee drinkers in the family took full advantage of the impressive espresso machine. The location is far enough to feel relaxed, but close to wineries and downtown. Just be aware that there is no powder room on the main floor. Loved this house!

    This place is a gem! The best stocked kitchen I've seen in a rental home.All the basics like spices and oils are there for your use. Plenty of cooking utensils,pans, tons of dishes, flatware, etc. The Miele coffeemaker allowed us to skip Starbucks for the entire stay. The backyard is absolutely heavenly. Huge and private with a pool and sauna. There's so much to do in Walla Walla so be sure to stay long enough to take advantage of it. We spent afternoons lounging by the pool before dinner. Amazing!It was just my husband and I but this home is large enough to host a big group - all of the rooms are a nice size and downstairs there's a bedroom and second living room area with a big couch and TV.Dinner at TMACS and Passatempo Tavern both highly recommended.The place was immaculately clean and quiet.Great comunication from the property management from the time we arrived and throughout our stay. Thanks so much!

    This was a perfect stay for 3 couples. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and sauna were just added to the backyard and we were able to swim in the pool during the weekend since it was warm. We had a couple of quirks getting the sauna working but the communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. The house is in a great area to go both downtown in Walla Walla and on the south side. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

    The Cabernet Compound was a perfect homw=e for our group of wine fanatics. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and to enjoy meals and games together. the beds were comfortable and everything seemed top notch. the kitchen was very well equipped. We would stay here again for sure.

    We booked this house for a sorority reunion weekend. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. The beds were big and comfy. The backyard space was wonderful. The location was perfect for visits to a Southend Winery and all the shops, wineries and restaurants downtown. It was a wonderful stay!!

    Very comfortable nice home in a great neighborhood with nice neighbors and close location to all of Walla Walla! Once the pool gets installed it will really remarkable but the Super Hostess Terri also understood our disappointment about no pool yet and found us a nice place to swim, she is amazing and very accommodating, Thank you

    Not everyone can pull away, but we had friends and family join us in Walla Walla for a quick weekend: late night Fri to Sun morn. The CC was just the right size for us. We needed at least 3 bedrooms and some quiet spaces, too. Albeit, we weren't there long. We were whisked away on a wine-tasting Saturday, enjoyed the backyard in the afternoon and stepped back out for dinner. Everything is just minutes away. We made it to wineries in less than 20 and dinner in 10 minutes. The house is wonderfully remodeled with all the goodies. We appreciated the built-in Meile coffee machine and made good use of the ice machine. It was also very nice that each group had a bathroom to themselves. Frisbees, whiffle ball, bat and soccor ball came out to play. The backyard is ideal for some casual sport. If we bring another bigger crowd, we will definitely see if the CC is available :D

    The team running this property is among the best we've ever experienced in terms of total experience. End-to-end, it was amazing to stay at this place. Some highlights from our end: - Amazing communication that was detailed, direct and honest. - Loved the attention to detail and thoughtfulness in stocking up the house. They had everything in there that a guest would need. For example, the dark color make up removal towels were a nice touch. - Clean, well maintained property. - Fully stocked Kitchen - Superb coffee experience! - Short drive to downtown
