Stayed Feb 26, 2024this is a newly renovated unit and features every amenity one could want. The bedroom is large and has a spacious walk-in closet. The living area opens to the beautifully appointed kitchen. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully outfitted with pots, pans, utensils, soaps, towels, etc. It also has a clothes washer and dryer and that's very handy for stays of longer than just a few days. As shown in the photos, there is a lovely patio where one can enjoy morning coffee in the Florida sunshine. Best of all, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed Feb 5, 2024Very cute size, perfect for the two of us. It's just as pictured, located in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. Inside is VERY nice and we enjoyed our visit. Has a nice outdoor area where we enjoyed some relaxing reading. Good restaurants around, some within walking distance. Beach is a short drive away, maybe 15 minutes with traffic. Will stay again if we come back to the Sarasota area.
