Guest Access:

One large/small vehicle. You will have access to a private garage attached to the home. A code will be provided to access the front door and the garage door.

The garage is located at the backside of the house and can fit one large/ small vehicle. No lifted vehicles in the garage.

Additional parking can be found directly in front of the house. Guests can pay using the parking meters in front of the parking space chosen.

More parking is also available on the street beside the house. Guests can pay using the ParkMobile app. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    Perfect location! Nice neighbors. Front porch swing and back patio for morning coffee. Just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The manager is amazing and helps with any questions. Very clean and just a couple blocks to boutiques, restaurants and amazing coffee shops (Puritan coffee ♥️). Absolutely perfect!

    Great location easy access to everything downtown! Weekend traffic is congested so the garage was nice for parking. Only negative I have to say is pick up trucks and SUV will not fit in the garage. The garage is very short distance from front to back. Midsize car will fit. We had a truck and we could not get it to fit to be able to close the garage door so we had to park out front, parking was free on the weekend, but it cost during the week if you need to park out front. Also, if you have a truck the street out front is very narrow and your truck will stick out a bit. We were concerned about our truck getting hit with the traffic. The place was nice clean all the beds were upstairs. Beautiful inside would stay there again if I drive my car.

    Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need for restaurants. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Would recommend this Vrbo to anyone staying in the area and we are very picky. Definitely a great place to stay.

    Beautiful property in a prime, convenient location. Within walking distance to all of our weekend event venues and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. With other family and friends staying at the Graduate, everyone was nearby. Spacious, well appointed and spotless! Five Stars! We'll be back! Thank you!
