It was perfect. We had a great time there. We would for sure stay again.

There were a lot of little extras that were present like snacks and fruit available when we arrived. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as extras. There were toys and games that we could use too! Overall, great experience. Teresa was great! I didn't really understand the check in procedure so when I arrived and rang the doorbell, I am sure she was a little apprehensive. She treated the situation with ease. We will look into this house again in future trips to Springfield. Thank you Teresa!

LOVE staying here when we come to Springfield to visit family. It’s comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to access anything in Springfield, well-stocked, access to the hot tub and a great backyard and plenty of room for the family! Teresa is a GREAT host. This was our second stay here and we’re already planning our return.

We loved this house! Lots of room for the kids. Close to everything. Very clean and well maintained. Has a very cozy feeling! Hot tub is well maintained as well. Backyard is beautiful! Definitely would recommend!

It was a nice house, but a lot of non working things. Hot tub, treadmill, and upstairs shower didn't work. Essential things like a broom and plunger were lacking. Communication with the owner was excellent, but unfortunately, nothing was rectified as we were only there for a short time.

This property was great for our family who was in town for the State wrestling tournament. Plenty of space, great updates, wonderful host who added many touches that made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

Fo rhe most part the home was beautiful one of the nicest we have stayed in using VRBO. The main complaint was the window in the bedroom that used to be their garage. The room was extremely cold and the only heat was a portable heater. The window in the bedroom was open at the top a couple of inches. We tried to close the window but it wouldn't latch. M son who is an engineer went outside to see if we could get it to close from the out side but the window just collapsed in to the bedroom. The frame is wrapped and the latches are broken so the window will not lock. When I spoke to the homeowner she offered to come look at it but we weren't able to connect on the time because of our schedule. it was a safety issue and made us very uncomfortable to put my 11 year old granddaughter in the room alone. It needs to be taken care of before anyone else rents the home. Our only other complaint is the beds could use some new pillows and they really need to get the pipes looked at for the downstairs bathroom as when the shower is on it sounds like a bomb is going off or someone is falling and has been hurt. It literally rattles the entire house. Would I stay there again if we go to Springfield yes. I would just like to know that the window has been taken care of.

Our family from several neighboring states converged here for a football weekend with our two college-aged sons one of whom attends MSU and the other who played for the opposing football team. The house was PERFECT! Location is safe, quiet and close to any amenities needed (including campus). Kitchen was large and there’s a large dining table so we were able to host family meals no problem. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed the fully enclosed LARGE backyard and came prepared with ladder jacks and bags while also enjoying the clean hot tub late into the evenings. The house is adorable and so well kept. With 4 bedrooms and 3 comfy sectionals in the house, everyone slept so well and had plenty of privacy! There are lots of additional pillows and blankets! I would recommend a fan for the bedroom off the kitchen and although all pans and utensils are provided in the kitchen, if you plan to cook, bring ziplocks or containers for your leftovers. Teresa is extremely responsive (probably the best I’ve experienced using VRBO) & very friendly. I have already recommended this place to other MSU parents and without hesitation recommend it again here.

There was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. My daughter and granddaughters enjoyed the hot tub.

We came to Springfield to play in a tennis tournament. The location was perfect-close to the tennis complex and Starbucks! The house was exactly as described. It had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen, two washer and dryers, three sitting areas and a hot tub! The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host responded quickly to my questions and even had a nice welcome sign on the fridge for our group. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Older property but very well maintained! Any issues my group encountered was very easily resolved by texting the owner. Incredibly cozy and such a good spot to hit a bunch of nearby attractions.

We had our family get together in between our houses. This place was wonderful. Big enough. Beautiful property. Everything we needed. Any responses were quick. Snacks were left for us and a note on the fridge. Everyone loved the place. Thank you so much!
