The location and view is perfect! We loved the community, amenities and 2 sets of chairs! The home is spacious, comfortable and fully stocked. Having 3 king sized beds was great! The home is in need of a few updates. Overall it was clean, but musty, and the open cabinets need to be dusted before each guest arrives and that did not happen.

The Lucky Duck was just what we were looking for during our stay at Carillon Beach. The property was spacious, with plenty of room, and then some, for the 6 people staying there, and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. We were a very short walk to the pool and beach and the chairs and umbrellas that came with the stay were super convenient. We will plan to stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: We’ve owned and rented all along 30a for over 28 years and this home is ABOVE all others in terms of location, beach access, cleanliness, comfort and all the areas we expect but rarely experience. Carillon Beach Rentals really has their act together and presents a carefully curated collection of homes and this one is a great example of how to do it right. We’ve had so many sub-par experiences that we thought the overall quality level had diminished but not in Carillon and not at all the case with Carillon Beach Rentals. This was truly a “must and shall return” for us. Every detail was taken - kitchen fully equipped and labeled, spotlessly clean, beds high quality and very comfortable thus avoiding the “miss my bed” syndrome. We highly recommend Carillon Beach Rentals and The Lucky Duck for a premier experience all around.

Spaciousness makes it attractive for large families. I must say its popularity has taken its toll. This rental needs a deep cleaning and some restorative tender loving care.

The Lucky Duck is a lovely home, big and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, with the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen! Our teens loved the third floor space and adults loved the spacious bedrooms and back porches facing the lake. Beach access and pool is a2 minutes away.

The view of the lake from the kitchen and family room was a nice surprise I wasn’t expecting. We loved the incredibly short walk to the beach pool and our beach chairs. And that top balcony had such a great view of the ocean. We loved the location of this home. We could walk to the playground and basketball court and the other pool pretty easily. We also walked to get pizza one night and ice cream and walked to the Panama City Coffee shop ( wonderful, high quality coffee) several times. We hope to be able to come back and stay at The Lucky Duck again!

The house is spacious, spotless, well appointed, and oh so cozy! The location is perfect just across the street from the main pool and beach walkover, and 3 minute walk to the community hub for ice cream, breakfast, pizza and beer, or general store!

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay. The home was clean, stocked with all kitchen needs, great location and beautifully decorated. Not to mention, the host was helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!
