this was a nice property. there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. it was very clean and nicely maintained. it is located within 15 minutes of just about everything in anchorage.

overall, the property is under great condition; and the environment is quiet and walkable.

Property was in a nice neighborhood and it was close to shopping areas. Downtown Anchorage is about 15 minutes away. House was very clean and pictures provided an accurate description. Lisa was a fabulous host. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is just like it is pictured. Clean, comfortable and adequately equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. the small deck in the back has a nice sitting area with two grills ready for use. The location is close to the airport. The only suggestions I have would be to add full length mirrors to all bedrooms and Kleenex tissues throughout the home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely accommodating to all our needs and quick response to my text messages.

I was in Alaska for a cousins wedding and this place was perfect for my family to stay and explore Anchorage before the wedding. The rental was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The extra bed in the third bedroom and fold-out ottoman bed were great to make sure everyone fit comfortably. There was plenty of parking. It was a close drive to the airport, downtown, and anywhere we needed to go. Lisa was very communicative and quick to respond to texts and check in if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay.

A lovely home base for the beginning of our Alaskan adventure!

We booked this a second time because it was so perfect for location while in Anchorage. It’s just a couple minutes from Costco and Walmart, a very short drive to downtown where you can enjoy a beautiful view for a lovely dinner. So thankful there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy time all together. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our family of sex. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel comfortable, Plus, plenty of room for us to relax together in the living room. We really enjoyed having the full kitchen to make some of our meals. The location is great getting down to Whittier. Eagle River without feeling like you Of wasted time in the car. The host and hostess are very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really appreciated them and their kindness! Definitely definitely a place we would recommend with five stars.

The Lovely Place was comfortable, clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 (6 + 1 infant).

This was a great first two days of our Alaska vacation. The host is wonderful and the communication was excellent.

Everything was as described and Lisa was very helpful and checked on us after the first night. We enjoyed having a nice couch to relax on and a kitchen to cook in as well as being close to the highway to take us downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we even saw 2 Moose wanting the street. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Anchorage!
