This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed here - it's become our RI home-away-from-home. Everything we need or want in a nice clean quality home in RI. Convenient to PVD and a good central location for all of RI and nearby MA & CT. The host is readily available for any questions; he even saves coupons for us for nearby restaurants he knows we like.

We spent 11 nights in this amazing loft near the water. Peaceful. Clean. Great host. Above and beyond amenities. I plan to return!

We stayed at the Loft for 3 nights. The property is just as advertised.....an old structure that has been renovated into a beach house. It's very well done and nicely equipped. The host, Jerry, was great. He contacted me immediately after I booked and offered help with area information. He called a couple of days before we arrived with check in information and provided some local restaurant coupons. He was also very responsive after we arrived and needed some help with the heat and TV. We recommend this property

An absolutely quintessential place, Jerry the host was so helpful leading up to our arrival. Upon arriving, the place was everything we had hoped for. They had truly thought of it all. If we could have, we would have cancelled our next accommodation plans!!

We enjoyed this house and location. It was exactly as described in the listing. The deposit refund too a little too long (2+ weeks), but we eventually received it.

They thought of everything and then some Owner was there to welcome us and available to answer questions during our 5 days. House looked out on Oakland Beach…3 decks for enjoying the breeze …all the conveniences of home. Visitors were likewise impressed.

Had a really fun stay here as a family of four, youngest child 12. (The stairs would be quite steep for younger kids.) Don’t miss kayaking to the other side of the cove! Great time.

We stayed at the Loft for a week in mid June. It was fantastic to be able to sit on the porch swing and upper balcony and enjoy the cooler weather and views of the water, beach, and sunsets. You can take a leisurely stroll along the beach and through this quiet neighborhood with absolutely no safety concerns. We used it as a base for day trips to Boston, Salem, and Newport during our stay, as well as just unwinding at the Loft for a few days. The property is so well maintained and the owner is very conscientious about checking in to make sure everything is perfect during your stay. It is a perfect beach house for up to 4-5 people and has everything you could possibly need, including a very nice outside shower for after a day at the beach. Having spent a week here, we will be recommending this rental to any friends considering a trip to New England and we definitely look forward to using it with our granddaughter in the future.

What a great experience! Owners had thought of all possible needs and met each of them. Amazing communication. The location is great!
