Good value. Fresh paint, new laundry, well maintained and kitchen essentials provided.

Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Including a full rack of seasonings if you are going to cook, something some other stays have lacked in the past.

The host maintained good communications throughout the process. The house was stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner/ towels etc. It is located relatively close to multiple trails which is a plus for the area.

Sometimes it's the smaller details that make a place a great stay, the Llama House had those details. Nice towels, comfortable beds, coffee pods for the Keurig, bottled waters in the refrigerator, nice TV's in each room with a good choice of channels. Sounds silly, but it all made it a great place to come back to at the end of busy days. We looked forward to coming back and relaxing at the house every evening. The host was very responsive and friendly. Great place for our girl's trip. We'll definitely stay here every trip we make to Bentonville.

We loved the house. It’s adorable, clean, and comfortable. They provided quality amenities and the beds were very comfortable. The llama decor is so cute and the back deck is peaceful. It backs up to a wooded area. I recommend this house to all and will definitely be staying here again next time I am in the area.

Our family of six, kids ages 12-17, enjoyed our stay at The Llama House! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked in every way. We appreciated the clear communication, fun theme, nice linens, location, garage for bikes, MTB trail in the backyard, and patio. We recommend.

My daughter and I (the mother) enjoyed our stay in the llama house. Eveything was in working order and clean. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Our two nights were on a Tuesday and Wednesday. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I appreciated having coffee and condiments available. Being close to the interstate was helpful as we were in the area for a memorial service outside of Bentonville. Besides that, we thouroughly enjoyed sightseeing and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and for more than two nights! The deck is awesome. We just didn't use it.

The open layout of the house was very nice for family socializing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large counter was nice for having coffee and snacks. Everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space and very nice and clean.

Our stay at the llama house was amazing! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bath towels were soft and plush and the showers were great. The host checked in with us and made sure we had all questions answered. I left a necklace that he was kind cough to mail to me. You will enjoy this house m, I am sure!

Communication with host was very prompt and complete. Plentiful kitchenware — and supplying coffee pods is a terrific, generous touch! Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive into the main highlights of Bentonville.

Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place. We’ll be back 100%

The place was nice and fit our needs well since we were in that area. It was last minute for us and we felt lucky to have something that worked so well for us. We'll be sure to check back in the future if we need an extended stay.

As some reviewers have mentioned, the neighborhood is interesting, but the neighbors were very nice with a very sweet dog! The location was perfect for us for this visit. Too many air fresheners with that strong sickly, sweet smell, so we unplugged when we were there then plugged back in when we left. The house is functional and quiet with a great deck, so that was very nice every morning for breakfast and coffee.

The communication was great and timely! Any questions we had were answered right away and the place was so clean and cute

Everything was great! Only thing I didn't give 5 stars for is the neighborhood/neighbors were a bit sketchy. With unkept yards and strong smell of marijuana. If you dont mind that, you will love this house!

We had a great stay in the Llama House. The location worked great for our visit to Crystal Bridges and exploring downtown. Our host was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. The house was spacious and exactly what it looked like in the listing. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfy and had everything we needed. The location is great for all the activities we wanted to do (art museum, biking, downtown). It was great to have a garage to put bikes in and nearly all the cooking necessities were provided. The host has done a good job making this space inviting.

We were in town for a funeral. This house provided us all of the comforts of home. The location was ideal for us to be close to both Pea Ridge and Bentonville. The host was very helpful.

Amazingly comfortable home.

Our stay was very nice. Although the first impression of the Llama House yard and the messy houses right before it made us nervous at first about our decision to stay there, once we entered the home, it was neat and clean and very tidy. It was a fun atmosphere for the children who stayed also with a Barbie house, toys, coloring books, games and more. The set up was perfect for our family and the house was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable! The location could not be beat. Communication with owner was quick. We thank you oh so much.

Loved our stay. This house was so cute, clean, & perfect for our group of 3. Although the neighborhood was a little sketch, the deck in back was secluded & had a very pretty wooded view. The location is only 3 miles from downtown. Mit was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous weekend, this rental property was close to Crystal Bridges and the Walmart Amp which was the two places we wanted to go. This rental is extremely well stocked and checkout was simple. We would highly recommend this property.

My friends and I went to Bentonville, AR for a hiking and mountain biking getaway, and the Llama House was the perfect location for us. There was a biking trail a few yards from the property that we used for our morning bike trips. The house was only a few minutes from the attractions in Bentonville and was perfect for our trip. Mit was an excellent host and was readily available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend the Llama House for anyone staying in the Bentonville area.

We throughly enjoyed the Llama house and got to see a lot of the area in our two night stay. We had a little incident when we couldn’t get in but a quick message to the owner and we were in with no problem.

Wonderful stay at the llama house. Beds are one of the most important things I look for in a guest home. Even the extra pull out bed was comfortable. He has thought of everything and made our time of family celebration comfortable and enjoyable for us all.
