The Little Blue House - Your Sarasota GetAway

This property is wonderful! Pictures are accurate- updated bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer. One street away from the fabulous Legacy Trail which is great for biking and walking. Baseball Spring training down the street - a 4 min drive. Ryan is a very responsive host and provides extras that are not usually included. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Nice quote house, Good area and close to everything.

Pros: soft mattresses. Good internet connection and large tv. Was a good location for where we wanted to be. It is located right off of Tuttle so there is some Traffic noise but not bad. Cons: Would say the inside is due for a good deep clean. The windows and dining room lights had a nice accumulation of grime and the area carpet in living room had seen better days. Overall had a nice stay and would stay again

Exceptionally clean. Exactly as was posted in photos. Although close to busy street, was very quiet and in quiet neighborhood. Host very responsive. Why not 5 star? None of the bedrooms had a dresser or someplace to keep clothing. Did have closet, but no suitcase stand, so you have to be happy living out of suitcase on the floor. An inconvenience, but the house was fine.

Little Blue House was all that me and my family needed for our week's long stay in Sarasota. Everything is renovated and clean. More than enough room for our family of three and check in and check out was easy. Ryan even gave us a ton of recommendations for the area. We were never more than 15 min drive away from everything we needed - markets, sundries, restaurants and places like Siesta Key, Longboat Key, St. Armands, Mote, and downtown Sarasota. Fenced in backyard gave us privacy and yet we were in the middle of a friendly neighborhood. There is a trail the next street over full of bike riders, runners and those out for an evening stroll. Thank you!

My husband and I spent two months in this house, hosting friends and family throughout that time. This home appears to be recently renovated. While lacking in some amenities that are important to me (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, full set cookware), host Ryan responded ASAP to my requests: Amazon delivered packages to our doorstep within one to two days! I’m not saying Ryan will install a swimming pool for you, but he seems to love this house and takes pride in its care and amenities. Speaking of amenities, we all appreciated the large screen TV and comfortable couch! I loved the large dining table that accommodated the extended family. Two bedrooms had very spacious closets but lacked dressers which would not be an issue for short term renters. Our only disappointment was the location of the house immediately off a busy road with traffic from 7 am to 8 pm. Fortunately the quality windows and shades kept intrusive noise to a minimum.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home!

Very nice clean, newly updated,, close to everything, food, Lido beach, Siesta Key Beach,, only one suggestion would be a fence along the busy street on the east side
