The Little Beach House- Fully equipped Vacation Rental

This is a lovely home well situated for exploring central Vancouver Island. The home is comfortable and well-equipped with a good layout. It was a perfect getaway for three couples. We especially enjoyed sitting around the beautiful dining table. Our host was easy to communicate with and his welcome information package provided everything we needed to know about the home and property.

Very nice property in good condition, clean, and access to the ocean. Communication was clear and consistent.

Wonderful stay at The Little Beach House. Quiet and Peaceful. So much to do in the area. Our neighbour commented we were never home. Would love to come back to enjoy the summer attractions

Peaceful stay! Beautiful place. Slightly rural, well equipped kitchen but bring your spices and condiments. Clean and bright. Would recommend. Spero is very available and helpful.

Great place, suited our family perfectly. Enjoyed the amenities in the house (tennis rackets, pool cue, barbecue) and the common areas (tennis courts, swimming pool). Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The property surpassed all our expectations! This was a wonderful location to bring our family together to spend intentional time together and create lifelong memories. The gated community of Qualicum Landing has wonderful amenities to add to our experience (pool, hot tubs - including a child friendly hot tub, tennis courts, beach access and bbq. The only thing we didn’t use was the fire pit. There were even a few toys for our grandson’s amusement. Not to mention beds that had me asleep as soon as my head hit the luxurious pillow. This property was a spectacular place to land in order to take in the beauty of this area of the island which has lots to do and see with wonderful restaurants in the vicinity including Coombs’ Goats on the Roof and the Fern and Cedar pub. Lastly Spero was great to work with as this was our first time booking through Vrbo. We hope to come back again soon. Thanks for sharing your incredible property.

This property is in a great location. People are friendly and it is well maintained. Love the close beach access. House was well stocked with quality beds and bedding. Everything went smoothly.

Quiet location for mother & daughter to uwind, easy location to drive out to visit with family & friends.Outdoor jam session at the Fanny Bay Inn on Saturday afternoons 4:30 to 7:30. Host Spero answered our questions quickly.

The house was perfect for us- a couple travelling with our 19 year-old and our mother. The property was beautiful- we loved the beach access and wonderful view of the ocean. The fire pit overlooking the water was a real bonus!

Lovely spacious 3 bed house with all the home amenities. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood for our kids to cycle round. Would be great in the summer when the pool is open. Lots of family friendly activities in the close vicinity. Good garden area with direct access from patio. Rocky beach is short 5 minute walk from the house through the complex with shared beach fire pit and picnic tables to watch the seals frolicking.

I recently, along with my wife and four year old daughter, went for a week long vacation and rented a three bedroom beach house in Qualicum Beach. This was our first time booking through Vrbo and not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful home that has all the amenities we are looking for and more, from games and puzzles to tennis rackets and a guitar.Even more impressed with a scenic location very close to the beach and how serene and peaceful it feels. We are definitely happy we chose this and recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We used it as a home base for several Vancouver Island adventures during a week long stay. It had everything we needed to make some meals and have comfortable stays at night. The pool table and gym was useful and the beach access was great. Had quick contact with Spero the owner and it was easy getting to and from. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Our stay at the Little Beach House was incredible! The location was ideal, just steps from the ocean. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight, especially on hot days. We loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. We'd highly recommend the Beach House for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

We loved it. Very clean and spacious home. We enjoyed the clubhouse (billiards room, heated outdoor pool, hot tub), beach, and pickleball (or tennis) court. Lots to do in the area (Qualicum/Parksville): go karts, mini golf, Coombs market, Qburger, Arrowsmith Smokehouse/Brewery, Little Mountain Lookout. A wonderful family vacation!

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to start! The Little Beach House is BY FAR our favourite place to go in the summer. It is a beautiful cottage in Qualicum Landing, and when you sit outside on the patio you can see the ocean...what more can you ask for? We have stayed in this house twice now, and Spero is absolutely fantastic! He is very quick to answer any questions you have, and he is such an amazing host....I've never met him in person, yet I feel like I've known him for a long time! Our family HIGHLY recommends this property, if you have kids and want a fantastic vacation on Vancouver Island....look no further!
