From the moment you arrive, the beach is right in front of you — quite literally.



THE SPACE

The entrance to the complex sis directly opposite the Park Beach access, setting the tone for easy coastal living. There’s a convenient seat and surfboard rack — perfect for surfers and beach lovers coming and going throughout the day.

Inside, the living area is light, comfortable and uncluttered, styled with a clean, natural palette. Two comfy lounges and a TV create a relaxed space to unwind, while a dedicated desk offers a practical work-from-home option if needed.

The dining area seats six, complemented by a kitchen bar for a causal glass of wine. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, featuring the all-important Nespresso coffee machine and air fryer — perfect for easy holiday meals.

A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a downstairs powder room, adds excellent practicality — especially for longer stays or sporting trips.



Upstairs, all three bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged:

• The main bedroom features a king bed, TV and private ensuite
