The Lake House at Bella Vista...... LAKEFRONT access to beautiful Loch Lomond!

It was a beautiful place to stay.

Lake house was a great place to stay. Right on the water with a cool dock area to sit on and enjoy the evening. Conveniently located near the various golf courses. Connie was really helpful and answered all our questions.

This was a great property for 8 of us. Having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was a huge benefit. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.

This is an amazing property, great for family get togethers, very roomy, host leaves no stone unturned, if you need it, it is there for you. Great lake views, TV's everywhere, lots of space, room for many family members but space for all to enjoy without being bunched up. Host goes out of her way to make sure all is well, communicates and responds almost immediately...highly recommend property owners and property. Fantastic property and a great experience. Perfect weekend spot for our guys' trip with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We took advantage of the local nature scene, but spent most of our time enjoying this great property on the lake. We had all we needed including a grill, big kitchen, lots of outdoor seating and even a comfortable patio set up on the dock. Our host Connie was so welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend and hope to go back again!

Loved staying in the Lake House once again. The house is clean and well stocked. The host is extremely helpful.

Exceptionally clean and well stocked house. We loved that each room had its own bathroom, it makes it easier when you have families that need their own space. This was perfect for our aging parents that could stay on main floor that had only one small step to enter the house. Our adult children and grand children loved the downstairs space, they had plenty of room. The game room located on main floor was lots of fun for the grandkids. Everything labeled in the house and was easy to locate. We loved that the house had plenty of comfortable seating, this isn’t typical in a vacation rental. Everyone also said their beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. All the showers had good pressure and all are updated except the main master bedroom shower is outdated. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the house and lake since we were unable to for this visit because we were in town celebrating my son’s wedding.

This was our third stay at the Lake House at Bella Vista. Beautiful, clean home with stunning view of the lake. The host Connie has always been very accommodating, friendly and professional. We will be back again!!

Best property on the lake.

EVERYTHING we needed for space and luxury! The multiple rooms with bathrooms provided comfort to all our guests. The kitchen (and bathrooms) were very clean and furnished beyond our expectations . . .The (two) large living rooms allowed many of our groups to gather and celebrate. Everybody found activities - fishing, kayaking, swimming and more.Lastly, EVERYONE commented (repeatedly) on how wonderful this home is . . . truly a gem. I hope its available again for our next family gathering!!

Great communication and perfect location for our trip

This property and the host were amazing. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 and the house was well stocked with all the things we needed. The BEST stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in! Our host Connie was very diligent about ensuring our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed to ensure a pleasant stay. We will definitely visit this property again.

Wonderful house with beautiful views!

We had an excellent family reunion with lots of room and activities The grandkids enjoyed swimming off the boathouse and we even caught some fish. Our hostess was very accomodating and helpful.

It was so great having easy access to the lake, plus it was a fantastic view! The little touches, like yard games set up and available, made it easy to keep everyone entertained. Plus, areas inside to set up games or puzzles. Plenty of space and a very comfortable stay! Only items to note - parking can be tricky for large vehicles. We had three large vehicles, but that's probably the limit. Also, all the king beds are great, but two beds were very high off the ground - I would have liked for my parents to have the larger mainfloor master, but they didn't feel comfortable getting into the bed. Overall, one of our best family trips!

Amazing lake location, wonderful size and home had everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Mrs. Connie made this process so easy and she was very accommodating when it came to our group. We were throwing a surprise get together for a friend and she had no idea we was coming. This was just a quick get away for a float trip on the border of Arkansas and Missouri. The house was absolutely immaculate, the kitchen was well equipment you can think of, the house on the lake was absolutely fabulous. Hands down one of the best host I have ever dealt with. She made us all feel welcomed and warm during our entire stay. She reach out to us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Her service was TOP TIER in my book. I would absolutely book with her in the near future.

This is our second year staying at this home. It is so well stocked and situated for family enjoyment! Our grand kids love playing in the lake and the gentle slope of the yard is ideal! Views out every window are amazing!

We have never stayed at a rental property that was this well equipped. Connie has thought of everything. There is so much to do in this area. We swam, boated, biked, visited all the sights! We hope to be back!

There aren’t enough words to describe how great this place and owner was to us.

This was our 9th year spending 10 days at the beautiful home on Lake Loch Lomond, need I say more? We have six children and 13 grandchildren, and over the years most all of them have taken turns coming out to visit when we are at the lake house. When we arrive it’s always like coming back home. I can’t think of one thing that I would change about the house, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure is awesome, and the kitchen is fully equipped, which we love because we cook quite a bit. The fishing and swimming right off the dock is great, and the water level is shallow for about 10 feet off the bank. Connie is a wonderful host, in fact, over the years we have become like family. I would highly recommend The Lake House, especially if you have a large family or group.

Very nice for big families. Two huge living spaces to relax and enjoy company while there. Spacious bedrooms, nice bath/showers. Nice big dock with furniture for everyone that’s not in the water. The lake is superb for lounging around on your floaties with your favorite beverage. Fire ring was a plus as well, for the one cooler evening we had. Host is very gracious and open to all questions.

Connie is the best host! This is our 2nd time here, and the 2 newly remodeled were a nice surprise! We will be back a third time for sure!

Yearly golf trip with friends. The house is perfect - plenty to do if golf is rained out. Loved it last year, this year, and looking forward to next year.

As many reviews note this is a great house and lake environment. Our stay was with three couples and everyone had the space they needed. Connie is a responsive and helpful host. We hope to visit again!

This is our second year at this location and it is a perfect get away for our family

Myself, 3 daughters and 2 daughter-in-law enjoyed a girls get away at this beautiful house right on the lake. Plenty of room for us to be so comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen, huge living area for us all to sit comfortably, play games, and have conversation. The view is the best on the lake. We enjoyed one afternoon sitting out on the backyard lawn enjoying the sunshine and lake. Communication with host was great. A wonderful, restful stay. Thanks Connie!!

If you want a home to enhance your stay in Bella Vista-this is the one! The property was immaculate with plenty of room for everyone. Very well stocked we would expect something not to be there (due to other stays at other houses) and every time we were pleasantly surprised that what we needed was there. Labels on cabinets and drawers was such a time saver. Connie the owner, was the best part of renting this property! She was very responsive every time we contacted her and even had the driveway cleared of snow and ice before we got there. She was the difference maker and we will definitely try to stay here again when traveling to Bella Vista. Everything was perfect!

Our group of 7 had the best time! There was plenty of room for everyone, everything was well stocked, kids loved the lake and the game room. No one wanted to leave; we will definitely be back!

Great time and excellent host

We had a great time! My husband and I with our kids and their kids were together for a long vacation weekend. The house was clean with plenty of room for the grandchildren to run. There were outdoor games as well. My boys really enjoyed the fishing! A great place!

The home is large, spacious, clean with a fantastic view of the lake from the back deck. Communication with Connie was excellent. We hope to visit again.

My family has stayed in a lot of rental houses and this was by far the best. The property is perfect but here are a few standouts: -spotlessly clean -living room has TONS of comfortable seating which is hard to find in many rentals -gently sloping yard to the lake -amazing boat house/dock -well stocked kitchen -cupboard space (also hard to find in many rentals) -multiple refrigerators On top of all this, Connie was as nice as could be. I’m already planning next year’s family vacation and can tell I’m going to have a hard time finding anything this nice and this comfortable.

3 seasoned couples found a great place to unwind and explore all the highlights around Fayetteville, Bentonville and Eureka Springs. Now Loch Lomond is the kind of lake we only dream of in Texas.

House was perfect for our needs! The house is stocked with anything you could need, there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone with views in every room. The walkout to the lake is great, a nice easy grade. Note that the water is very shallow there - great for kids to swim, but too shallow for jumping off dock. We caught several bass right there off the dock. Connie is a fabulous host and we will absolutely stay again!
