Loved our stay here! House has everything you need for a weekend in Aggieland. Slept 2 families comfortably. We will definitely be back again!
We came to college station for our daughter New Student Conference at ATM. The house was only 3 minutes from campus and made getting around so much easier. I had to bring a long my mother and son and they enjoyed their time at the house will we were at the college.
We came down for softball tournament and the host was the best and very helpful
This is a beautiful little house in a great location! We had a wonderful week-long stay. Page was very nice and helpful with any issues that came up. My teens said that this should be our new go-to spot for any trips to College Station. ;)
Absolutely not cleaned before we got there. There was hair in the bed right when we pulled back the comforter in the bedroom off of the kitchen. Rat droppings all over the floor in every room. Huge spider web in the corner of the kitchen. Dead roaches in the bedroom off of the living room. Mold in the shower. Mildew in the window units that were subpar at best- the change filter light was on. The rugs had not been washed, were absolutely filthy, and were just used to cover up the gaps in the tile/flooring. The problem with the fridge that was reported in January by another reviewer still not fixed. Smoke detector in the kitchen was just hanging. 10 of 10 don’t recommend.
Stayed here with family and loved the accommodations! Great location! We truly enjoyed our stay! Will definitely book again!
Excellent property, great location, well equipped kitchen, extra parking on side, across the corner from a quiet park. Would definitely recommend. And the host graciously accommodated a later check out time for us on an Easter holiday.
Stayed here for a week helping my daughter move into the dorms. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen items. The property manager was very helpful and helped us use the alarm system. There are just a few things that could be easily fixed for an even better stay: One toilet surged water every 5 seconds. Another toilet was not bolted to the floor so it was not usable. The kitchen faucet was not bolted to the countertop, so was difficult to turn on/off. The refrigerator was rickety so every time it was opened it wobbled back and forth. This also caused water to leak into the fridge from the freezer. The wifi had a slow connection. You must have a Netflix account. It was the only service that would work. I did not try to work or hook up my phone to the wifi. The location was perfect and quiet, which we enjoyed.
The rental was great and had plenty of room for our family.
My family and I stayed and it was a great experience. Definitely would stay again for future visits.
The property was very well maintained and clean. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again.
The house was cute, just an older home & the bathrooms showed it. The bottom of our shower curtain was black with grime & the corners of shower were black as well.
A great house with a awesome location. The house is older, but well kept and clean. The property manager was quick to inform us on the house rules and checkin procedure. Overall, a great property.
We were in town for a wedding and arriving just about an hour before the rehearsal dinner, but wound up unable to make it as we had trouble getting in touch with the homeowner to get the code. I attempted several times to contact the homeowner regarding the check in process (through the app, called and texted) and eventually had to have VRBO reach out to them in order to get the code for the door, meanwhile I had 2 babies (6 months and 2 years old) sitting in over 100 degrees heat as we couldn't get into the house. The house itself was ok once we got in, but it is older and the AC does not work well. Bathroom showers had mold and there weren't towels in all of them. The home served its purpose of giving us a place to sleep but I would not stay there again.
Place was great.
Great location, access to anything in College Station with minimal driving. Bathrooms need a lot of maintenance. Mildew in 2 of 3 bathroom shower floors. We all just used the one clean one. TV needed maybe a one page instruction sheet. TV has hard to figure out. We've stayed a several VRBO homes over the years, and I would rate this one as fine, but not great.
