These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.

Hampton Beach is a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains. This property is located on the island section of Hampton. No major street to cross in order to access the beach.



Getting Around:

This home is walking distance to the beach and all major attractions on Hampton Beach. A car is needed to get to the property.



Other Things to Note:

FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.
