You could not ask for a better home to stay in Sedona. Access to hiking and off-road trails was easy. Hosts were the best communicators. Would love to come back every year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The views were truly stunning — the kind you wake up excited to see every morning. Whether we were enjoying coffee at sunrise or relaxing in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel special.The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything we wanted to do, yet still felt peaceful and private. Getting around was easy, and we loved being just minutes from great restaurants, activities, and local attractions.The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell the hosts really care about creating a great experience.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway with amazing views and an unbeatable location.

We had a fabulous time! Serena and Jeff were wonderful hosts. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The zen garden is gorgeous. And the view is beyond breathtaking. We will be back!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! Jeff and Serena were welcoming and attentive hosts wanting us to enjoy their home. The house was perfect for us- roomy with so many amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike and in the evening when relaxing and admiring the view. The view is truly unbelievable! Our stay was a nice stress free vacation!

This is a beautiful house and it’s located in a quiet and very private location. It’s about 10 min to down town Sedona and hiking trails are very close also. The landscaping and views are amazing! The fish and turtles were an added bonus! We loved all the outdoor sitting and water feature areas. The backyard patio with the pool and hot tub was spectacular! Gorgeous views and very private! It was even better than we imagined! The living room is very large with great views from the sliding glass doors! The master bedroom has beautiful views of the mountains and over looks the pool and hot tub. The workout room was an added bonus as well! Loved the floor to ceiling glass and sliding doors with a water feature to enjoy ride out side! The property managers were lovely and beyond helpful! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful house!

The place is simply superb. Fantastic views of red rocks. The grounds are beautiful with multiple Koi ponds. The hosts were great and were extremely responsive. We have already booked it again!

Property was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool and large backyard area were great to hang out in. Really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Best stocked kitchen in any rental property I’ve stayed at by far. Absolutely incredible views during the day and stargazing at night in the jacuzzi.

This property is absolutely stunning. The views from every angle of the property are simply gorgeous. The infinity pool, koi pond, and multiple water features make it such a peaceful and relaxing place to be. The game room with the pool table the gym and sauna make it a resort all to yourself. I will definitely be going back.

By far, the most wonderful and well-appointed rental property we’ve ever stayed. Jeff and Serena take immense pride in their home and property, and it shows in all the details - the beautifully manicured gardens and water features that give honeybees and hummingbirds a place to thrive; the greenhouse with fresh herbs and vegetables; the well-stocked kitchen (no need to shop for basic spices, coffee, or even condiments); the filtered water and ice machine; the labels on all the switches and remotes; the fitness center; the cozy and comfortable furnishings, inside and out…all in addition to the incredible outdoor living space, pool, hot tub, and views! Since our trip was planned in July, we wanted the home to be a place we could enjoy and relax at, inside and out, during the heat of day - and we did! Jeff and Serena are fantastic hosts, and we hope to be back in the future.

Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were a group of four and booked for a girls trip. The home is well laid out and we all had plenty of room. The host was very responsive and we had an intro-call upon arrival just to make sure we knew where everything was and how to access all the amenities. We did the pink jeep tour, toured the local shops, hired a private chef, and went hiking nearby. There are so many beautiful areas around the property, I feel like our 4 day trip was not long enough to fully enjoy every space in the home and on the property. The picture is the morning of our last day. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio. I cannot recommend this home enough and I hope to return many times in the future!

A beautiful property with great access to a nature field garden area. Lots of amenities and very easy to communicate with the host. A unique and special property with lots of space and easy access to downtown Sedona. We will stay there again.

This property was everything as advertised and more. We loved the pool/hot tub and outdoor living area with million dollar views. Numerous water features, koi pond, and detailed landscaping made for a peaceful oasis to escape. The owners were exceptional with communication and making their home inviting right down to the detailed kitchen spices. Quiet secluded neighborhood, close proximity to town, and nearby trailhead all an extra bonus!

Upon arrival, we were in awe. The layout was perfect for our family of 5. There were places to retreat and relax throughout the property. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises from the house. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus after a long day of hikes. The location is near town but away from all the traffic. Easy drive to the local trails and grocery stores. The hosts were very helpful providing insight on local trails and how to work the many features the house offers. We'll certainly be back!

The hosts were fantastic to work with. The property was as presented on VRBO and did not disappoint. The views were amazing from sun up to sun down. You can watch the hot air balloons depart at sunrise and the sunsets were beautiful. We plan to stay again and would strongly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Jeff and Serena!

We just returned from our 4 night stay. The property and views were unbeatable. The interior of the home was in excellent condition and had everything you could possibly want/need. The hosts were very responsive and committed to making the stay as enjoyable as possible. If you have an opportunity to stay here, do not pass it up. It can't be beat.

The photos represent the property exactly, but being there in person and experiencing the magnificant views was even more amazing, absolutely incredible. We felt like we were at a resort with our own private grounds. The hosts were extremely hands on and gracious. The home had every amentity and very well stocked kitchen. Our visit to Sedona was wonderful! Thanks in no small part to Serena and Jeff’s BEAUTIFUL home. The amazing views, the engaging nature, the peaceful patio, gardens, pool and hot tub made it hard to leave the property. But we ventured out for great hiking, sometimes by just stepping out the front door. And Sedona has fabulous hiking for all skill levels.Returning to this property after a day of hiking and sight-seeing was perfect! If you’re looking for resort amenities and can handle pouring your own cup of tea or glass of wine, this is the place for you. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare meals, and boasts a fabulous view from the gas cooktop and dining table alike. Of course, there are plenty of restaurant and/or take-out options nearby, and the West Sedona location offers fewer traffic hang-ups.We loved feeding the fish in the koi pond, watching the birds at the feeders, and listening to the babbling water from the many zen fountains in the gardens. AND the heated pool and hot tub were always there waiting for us to enjoy - no crowds, no noise, no vying for seating. Again - PRIVATE RESORT : ) Inside spaces were just as comfortable and spacious.I found a card for Sparrow Massage among trail maps that were provided in the sofa table drawers. A few texts later I had an appointment for a massage therapist to visit the house. I highly recommend Kara, 90 minutes of massage bliss that came right to the door.Many thanks! We hope to return : )

Can't say enough wonderful things about our time in Sedona and our stay at Sundance. The house was amazing. Very clean, well furbished, and had everything we needed for our Spring Break getaway. The location is ideal. It's just outside of central Sedona making it quiet but very close to everything. The views were amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. Jeff & Serena were gracious hosts. They were always a text away if needed, but never intrusive in anyway. We loved using the pool & hot tub, and my teenager enjoyed playing pool downstairs. The outside garden/patio area is just as lovely. Such a great spot to just sit and relax. We even used some of the fresh produce from the greenhouse for dinner. There are also several great hikes just a block away. Having coffee outside in the morning while watching the hot air balloons go up with the mountains in the background will be a lasting mental image. We hope to return to Sedona in the future, and I would be hard pressed to want to stay anywhere else.Thanks again Jeff & Serena!

Amazing property. Even nicer than pictures.

Sundance is a truly special property. The views from inside the home are spectacular. There was plenty of space for our family to relax after our daily activities. The landscaping is beautiful and the attention to detail such as full bird feeders when we arrived was very much appreciated. We enjoyed relaxing by the koi pond, watching the hummingbirds, and stargazing in the evenings. Jeff and Serena were thoughtful and communicative hosts. We will definitely stay at Sundance again on our next visit to Sedona!
