The Huntley House Location! Location! Location!

For our needs perfectly. Accommodations were wonderful and the location was spot on.

Great property and host. This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here (for a golf weekend) and we look forward to returning again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Huntley house! The house was immaculate and decorated nicely, great neighborhood, and loved the outdoor space and back yard. The shower water pressure wasn't the best, but wasn't an issue. We would definitely book this home again if we come back to the area.

My daughter & her fiancé got married at Mildred B Cooper Chapel, we rented your home for their stay, as we live in Missouri. Beautiful home in a quiet area, the groom & guys got ready here & it was perfect. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

Large reunion - the home was perfect location to get to all the larger family events and get some quiet time to ourselves

Really wonderful location in Bella Vista. Close to Bentonville and trails. Loved the in closed deck in the evenings and fire pit for s’mores with my daughters.

My family of 5 stayed here. My husband, 2 adult daughters, and 1 daughter's boyfriend stayed. The only complaint I have is that there weren't enough hand towels. In the laundry, there was a sign asking not to wash the linens, but I didn't want to use the same hand towel for 6 days. The property is nicely equipped otherwise. The backyard area is very peaceful, and we even had a mama deer and her young babies visit in the early morning. I did a lot of relaxing and reading in the serene setting. The young adults enjoyed the fact that there was a smart TV in all the bedrooms.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property, planning on it next trip when we’re here in town visiting family.

Everyone in the group agreed, this is the best short term rental we've stayed in this year. We've been down to Bentonville 8 or 9 times this year, and this was by far the most MTB friendly place we've been. Everything form tools and bike stands in the garage, to WORKING TVs in every room. This place is perfect, and located right at the top of Huntley Gravity Zone! Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this house in Bella Vista. It had everything we needed for the weekend. We were sad the weather didn’t cooperate so that we could enjoy the outdoor fire pit. It was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be back.

The house was even better than we expected. We came up from Florida to get married. It was spacious and decorated so nice. We will definitely be back soon.

House looked awesome when we entered. Nice layout and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were very nice (quality toilet paper!). Easy to use Wi-fi and TV. Check in and check out was simple. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings and watching the deer graze as we drank our coffee.

We loved staying here! Every morning we got to wake up and build a fire in the woods, which was the dream. So much privacy on the property. A really sweet neighbor! House had everything we needed. I noticed there had been negative comments about the living room furniture being uncomfortable and small from previous guests and the hosts seem to have put in a nice new couch (it was different from the pictures). I thought that was really cool.

My husband and I came to NWA to visit our daughter, son in law and grandson. Was delightful!

My siblings and I were delighted with the lovely accommodations and surroundings. Coffee on the deck with birds and wildlife all around was a wonderful setting to chat and plan our day.

The house was great. Plenty of space for my family and the outdoor sitting areas were perfect for all of us to relax and visit comfortably.
