This unique space is a semi-private, adults ony, tiny home compound. Surrounded by an 8' decorative privacy fence on 3 sides, and the river on the 4th, you have a unique space to relax, sit by the fire, soak in the hot tub, grill out, and still walk to downtown to antique shop, drink from the craft breweries, or eat at the fine dining restaurants of Waynesville. Maggie Valley is about 3 miles away, and all the mountain attractions are within viewing distance. Ashville is only 25 miles. Thisspace has all high end finishes and is brand new for 2021. Hardwood floors, tiled shower with glass doors, solid surface counters, unique cool loft with a beautiful king bed and big screen TV, private master with a queen bed, big screen TV over the fireplace, and all the luxuries of a fine hotel. Coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, washer dryer, Bluetooth speakers, covered back porch with ceiling fan and 6 top table, private outdoor grill, the list goes on and on... All guests will receive a unique code to enter the main gate as well as the front door of their home. The Frog Level Historic District is a national historic district located in the Frog Level neighborhood at Waynesville, Haywood County, North Carolina. It includes 16 contributing buildings and one other contributing structure in the neighborhood of Frog Level. It includes Early Commercial architecture and Romanesque architecture. The buildings are predominantly one and two-story brick or frame buildings dating from the first three decades of the 20th century. Notable buildings include the C. G. Logan Auto Company (c. 1915), the Medford Furniture Company (1912), the T. N. Massie & Son building (c. 1900), and the North Carolina National Guard Armory (1936). It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. The fire pit and the hot tub are common amenities for all 3 tiny homes in the camp compound. You may often use them alone, as most guest will wait, especially in the hot tub, but................. you may be asked to be joined sometimes. You never know. This is strictly an adult only resort. We do not allow guests under the age of 16. We are also, unfortunately, not pet friendly. We love our pets, and I'm sure yours is the greatest, but I can't vet them all, and for that reason, amongst others, we do not allow animals for any reason. While we have done our best to make this an oasis and block out the surrounding area with our 8 foot decorative fence, please understand that we are in a residential / industrial area, and you will occasionally see activity at the gas station across the river, and hear trucks at the plant across the street. We feel that it is a small trade out in exchange for the proximity to downtown and the river. You could find a quieter mountain cabin, but you would drive to everything downtown Waynesville has to offer. Folkmoot U.S.A. is a 10-day celebration of world dance and music with visiting international groups performing at many events in July. On four Friday nights in the summer, come down for the Mountain Street Dances. Put on your cloggin’ & square dancin’ shoes and enjoy an old fashioned mountain hoedown in front of the Historic Courthouse. For winter fun, check out the nearby Cataloochee Ski Area and Tube World in Maggie Valley.

This property was SO cute!!! I didn't know a tiny home could be so big and homey on the inside! Perfect for our couple getaway! Home decor was beautiful! Everything was in pristine condition and all the amenities were amazing! The property owner was super nice and helpful! Met some very cool neighbor guests and the neighbor cat, Miss Kitty, is as sweet as pie! We will most definitely be back again! Thank you for the amazing stay! -The Dahles

Beautiful house in a great location. Super cute backyard with fire pit, hot tub and bistro lights. The bed is comfy, the shower has great water pressure, and the towels are fluffy. Easy check-in and check-out process. Recommended eating at Frog Level Brewery and Singletree Heritage Kitchen while here. Both are only a 5 min walk from Water 65.

This is our second stay in the Tiny Houses and both times have been excellent. On this most recent trip we did have an issue come up but the owners/property manager was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this location for a quite and comfortable stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Hunter this week and it was truly amazing. The property is exactly as described in the listing. They have everything that you need right on site and it is extremely clean and comfortable. The high-end amenities made it feel like a 5 star resort. It was very quiet and peaceful, within walking distance to downtown Waynesville, which I would highly recommend. We can't wait to book again. You will not be disappointed. Val & Andy

Great place to stay. Parking is tight for a trailer, but there’s a church just up the road where we parked then just had the bikes at the resort. Extremely clean and very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here and I absolutely will be staying again!

This property is cleverly located on pretty creek in an up and coming area of Waynesville. The 3 sided fence disguises the industrial area and everything is situated to view the lovely creek and shared back yard. The added touches like : Bluetooth speakers in the house as well as the hot tub and fire pit; propane firepit starter, lots of clean dry firewood, very nice sized back porches, outdoor games such as cornhole and giant jenga, tons of pillows and blankets, just loads of thoughtful touches. We stayed a week and the only thing that didn’t work out too well was the very small washer dryer combo. It was “tiny house” sized for sure and did not hold much more than a couple of bath towels per load . Next time we will just pack accordingly! The king bed in the upstairs loft was an adventure to get to but very comfy! We fell in love with Waynesville and hope to rent here again!

Unexpectedly cool and very well thought out concept, which integrates with a “glamping feel”. Our primary objectives of this trip were mountain biking and hiking - mission accomplished! The property has Awesome walkability. In fact, we walked to restaurants and a local brewery. We also cooked on the very nice charcoal grill, with all supplies available. We were fortunate to meet the owners, who were on site for a night during our stay. We used the loft for watching movies on a big screen TV. We will definitely be back to the unique campus.
