The House on Park: 4 Bedroom/2 Bath Family-Friendly Home in the heart of Erie!

Our house was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs.

Beautiful home, great host. Snow was cleared from front steps and de-ice was in place.

There was no grab bar to get in the bathtub for senior citizens. No safety guard at the top of the stairs; as a result my 74 year old brother fell down the stairs and spent time in the hospital, he was lucky to survive that fall. I reported it to owner “Brian” with hope it gets fixed & this does not happen to someone else. The cleaning girl was excellent and gave us a beautiful mixed fruit cake as welcoming gift, she deserves five stars!!!

Great location by a nice park. House is comfortable and has a fantastic kids area in the attic.

Was really impressed with cleanliness of the house. It had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Rooms were comfortable and having all the TVs was great.

Very nice house, quiet and safe neighborhood, and the home has been beautifully remodeled - it was also exceptionally clean. Very well equipted kitchen. And all bathrooms and bedrooms are stocked with nice linens, towels and blankets.AC units in all rooms worked well, except in the game room (3rd floor) - the AC and the pacman game didn't work. But that didn't impact our happiness with our stay at all!We came up for family/homecoming weekend for Gannon University as we have a freshman there. This house was perfect for us and our high school daughter and her friend. Kitchen and grill were perfect for making home cooked food for the college freshman!Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home, we hope to stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to sit on the porch and enjoy looking at the park. We would stay here again if we were to return to Erie.

The house was wonderful. Family of 5. So everyone had their own space. The game room was a hit. The location is perfect for walking to Perry Square and to Library Park. Would love to stay there again.

This was a great property especially with traveling with kids. We walked to the bay front to eat one night and it’s a short drive the Presque isle beaches. Definitely would stay here again.

The property was well kept, nice furnishings, clean. We had one glitch. Wi-Fi was out on the first night and next morning That’s life! Temperature was cool in the house and had adequate air conditioning. We enjoy the front porch and the view of the park’s garden

The house was neat, clean and easy to find. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had during our week long stay. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us (6 adults, 1 9 yr old, and an infant). Would recommend this property to anyone.

The house was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the game room in the attic. Our one concern was the almost constant traffic past the house, often at speeds well above the posted limit'; my 10 year old granddaughter was in our group, played in the park across the street, although no near misses, we had to monitor her outside time carefully.

House was awesome location and size for the group that we brougjt out to celebrate our daughters graduation from med school. 5 stars!!!!

We had a scrapbook retreat with 10 people fit us very well it is handicap accessible with a walk-in shower. The owner responds back in a very reasonable time frame.

This house was perfect!! We were staying for a cheerleading competition so we had a few teen girls staying plus moms. The house was perfect for us. Us moms all had our own bedroom and the girls shared the bunk room. It was perfect to get ready and have space. The park across the street was nice for the girls to get some fresh air. It is a very quiet neighborhood which was nice and we felt very safe our entire visit. We are hoping the house is open again for next season because we plan to stay again.

Loved the propery. Perfect for multi-age groups. There were numerous gathering places indoor and out for every age yet the set up allows for equal privacy. Despite being a 5 min walk to downtown the neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful park view.

Very clean. Lots of space. Nice location. Across from a park. Quick drive to the beach. Secure fenced in backyard. Could hear trains, but we didn’t mind one bit. Would stay again.

Nice,clean and remodeled. Newer kitchen and bathrooms. Park across the street was a big hit. Porch sitting was a plus. Two bedroom TV remotes did not work. Would have been nice to have instructions about garbage day and which side to park for street cleaning cleaning

This house was so well stocked. It had everything. We especially appreciated the way the kitchen was fully stocked. The location across from the park is great for kids!
