The space

This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Please message if you have more guests beyond that as we do have an air mattress and couch, if needed.
2 miles from Marietta Square. Minutes from Roswell, GA. 5 miles from SunTrust park. 2 miles from Six Flags White Water. close to both Kennesaw State University Campuses and Life University. 1/2 mile from i75. 8 miles from Atlanta. Very close Lyft/Uber to the Airport. 2 miles from our famous Big Chicken landmark!

Property owner is available anytime by text. Message if there is anything you need! We will not be on site but can stop by if you need anything at all!

Other things to note

Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup.
Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup.
The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.
