My siblings and our spouses stayed for two nights while we were in town. This is a lovely home that worked very well for our group of 8.

Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Good quality and functional appliances. I would recommend safety matts for inside showers.

We were four ladies in town for a 3-day golf tournament at nearby Lake Havasu Golf Club. As this property was located a short 6 minute drive away, the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly with check-in, and the property was spotless when we arrived. We all loved our great visit. If we get invited back for the tournament next year we would definitely want to stay here again.

6 of us stayed for 6 nights. Just eft this morning. Beds were comfy. It was clean and stocked with supplies and everything in the kitchen we needed to cook. Used the grill outside and the firepit. The few minor problems had were handled by Ian immediately. Our only disappointment was the pool water was very cold. That was because the night time temps were cool, no fault of the owners. We would stay here again.

You won’t be disappointed. It lived up to all our expectations.

Communication with the owner was top notch. Very responsive and very accommodating. The house was clean and laid out well - plenty of room for 7 of us. Pool was nice and cool - even on the hottest of days! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making out stay so pleasurable!

Ian was a great host. We unfortunately had to come here for a death in the family and this home made it easier. Very clean and quiet area. Ian also sent recommendations for the area which was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Our family of 7 (2 parents, 5 adult children) spent a week visiting Havasu. This house was perfect for us. The house was exceptionally clean and Ian (the owner) was excellent at answering questions and communicating with us. We used the pool everyday and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals and snacks. The beds were extremely comfortable.

We were very happy with the house, would definitely recommend to others, would love to come back

It is a wonderful property and well taken care of. It was a nice location and had a great view of the sunset.
