Stayed May 23, 2024Location was great and the rooms were very accommodating. As we were in Louisville touring the Bourbon Trail not a lot of time was spent in the unit, regardless our family found the unit worked well for all our needs. I’d recommend this unit

Stayed Sep 21, 2023This is the best rental property I have stayed at for an adults weekend. We had 16 guys for a bachelor party, house was in great condition and so much space to hang out. Would 100% recommend to any large group and will try to rebook if ever in Louisville with a large group.

Stayed Nov 13, 2022An adult group of 8 stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday. The home was perfect and exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We spent most nights at the house and never got bored. Great setup for communal activities and then privacy at nighttime. Lots of wonderful restaurants, breweries, and activities within walking distance. Very close Uber drive to a lot of other activities and downtown. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return if we were in the area again.

Stayed Nov 10, 2022This property literally has it all. Spaces for lounging, entertaining, billiards, cooking, like everything. The showers are luxurious, both houses are really spacious, and having the back house can make a great get away when you’re entertaining in the front house. Street parking was more than ample. All kinds of outing spots within walking distance. Looking forward to renting it again in the future!
