We loved this property. It was extremely clean, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was perfect with the island in the middle. The table was large enough for us to sit around to eat, laugh and fellowship. It was close to Main Street and the neighborhood was very quiet. Parking was great with no issues. The house is well maintained and i highly recommend it. Several of my friends are already interested in returning. Also the living room area accommodated all of us as we watched Christmas movies each night. The grounds were beautiful as well with room to sit and relax in the yard. This has been the best home I have rented to date and we rent several times a year. I’m big on cleanliness and this home met the standard. We forgot to take photos but the house is very nice and spacious.

The kitchen could use some glasses for drinks not just wine glasses. Also needs more pans to cook breakfast with than just one.

The home was nice, plenty of space, everything worked as advertised, and clean. The hot tub and game room were nice for relaxing and entertainment.

The entire house was lovely! Perfect for a group of moms having a wine weekend in Fredericksburg. Everyone really enjoyed the entire place.

We had a wonderful time at this property. There were eight of us for a bachelorette weekend and the house was the perfect spot. Location was very close to Main St and the wineries. The house looked like the pictures. Everything was perfect.

7 women in our party - The location for us was PERFECT and the house was very clean. Also the bedroom layout with two on each side and a bath is a great set up for large numbers. The kitchen is roomy and there is a nice big table for games. We did encounter:fireplace did not work - Big deal for us in the winter and a reason we chose this house. Ice maker did not work Theres no heat (it was very cold) in the separate gameroom nor any air for summer. So this was unusableHot tub did not heat past 99 even though it is suppose to go higherNo hot water in one of the baths sink onlyNot enough towels for 7 grown women for 4 days. Not enough seating in family room for 7 adults. House holds 10 need to add some chairs. This would be the perfect house if issues are addressed.All of us who stayed here wanted to write a review. I did contact the owner about the fireplace and icemaker when we arrived. No resolution.

The space had everything we needed and more. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. The layout worked well for our family. The outdoor area was a plus. The kids really enjoyed hanging out there. I would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family. We had a total of 9 people and two of those were kids, ages 3 and 8. The playroom in the garage kept us all entertained for hours. The kitchen is big and accommodated everyone without feeling cramped. The couch in the living room was so comfortable. The outside space was very inviting and cozy. We will definitely be back.

4 of us for thanksgiving. Very comfortable common area and good kitchen. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Hot tub fun. Missing some essentials in kitchen like mixer and blender and serving trays but otherwise great. Also tv was difficult to understand but finally got it. Altogether very fun experience!!

This was the perfect place to stay for us! It was for my bachelorette weekend, so there was plenty for us to do between the hot tub, game room, and large couch and tv in the living room. Heather was always quick to respond and very accommodating in allowing us to check-in a little early. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Helix haus, the place was spotless and the proximity to downtown was perfect. We did not get to utilize the game room as much we wanted but overall everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed this VRBO! We would definitely return and will recommend to other people. The living room & kitchen pictures don't do the listing justice. It is far larger than it looks! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all our guests. We also liked that there were two refrigerators. I was concerned two bathrooms was not going to be enough, but it worked out just fine.

My group and I had a great stay at the house. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. There was an issue w/ trash not having been taken out but contacted manager and it was addressed promptly. The entire house is wired w/ speakers so it was nice to have music all around. The garage gameroom is very neat but the hockey table barely blew air so we coudln't really play. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

What a beautiful, comfortable house! Everything was as promised, with a few extras like a coffee bar that was fully stocked, luxurious hot tub, plush towels and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already thinking about another trip.

This was a last minute trip for our group of friends. So lucky to have found this house! We enjoyed morning walks, made our own yummy breakfast before we headed out each day for wine tasting and touring. Enjoyed the relaxing hot tub at the end of the day!

We took a family girls trip to the property and it was perfect! Plenty of room for 8 and some really fun entertainment spaces. Check in/out was easy and the place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!
