Recent upgrades include refinished hardwood and new tile flooring, new Pottery Barn furniture, new kitchen and bathroom quartz counter tops, new stainless steel appliances with double oven, new windows, new heaters and electrical, and new siding. Generous space with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Ocean front and beach front views from most of the rooms in the house. Enjoy storm watching and sunny days while sitting in front of a crackling fire in the river rock fireplace or in the ocean front sun room. Well equipped kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Huge patio overlooking the beach and ocean for enjoying the spectacular views, relaxing in the sun, barbecues , or people watching. Please note that the master bathroom has a bathtub only with a shower wand for rinsing off and does not have a full stand up shower. It's a little rough around the edges but you won't find a more charming, comfortable, and spacious family home anywhere in Cannon Beach.
