Stayed Nov 20, 2025The location is wonderful! The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach. The house is very pretty it needs some repairs the air conditioner and WiFi was not working on Saturday. The door going to the deck on the second floor needs to be fixed. Some chairs in the entertainment room needs to be repaired.

Stayed Dec 26, 2019This house is absolutely stunning. The layout, design, architecture and upgrades were much more than we expected, even after studying the pictures. We only had two issues that were not ideal. We ran out of propane (after being there only 1 day) which meant no hot water, no cooking on the stove and no heating of the pool and hot tub. We contacted the management company and they had the tanks refilled the following morning. I would recommend checking the propane level on the gauges on top of both tanks at the back corner of the house upon your arrival. The other issue was that many of the doors and windows that face the ocean have been exposed to the ocean elements and are hard to open and close. A few of the windows could not be closed completely. Other than those 2 issues, the house was perfect. We've rented oceanfront houses up and down the east coast over the past 35 years and this house is the most well-appointed and luxurious one we have stayed in. Every time we rounded the next corner upon our arrival, our jaws dropped farther. The pictures are great but even they do not do it justice. You will not be disappointed.
