Enjoy the spacious feel of the living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has electric cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher and all you need to prepare and serve the family meals. Sit at the 8 seater dining table or open up the glass doors tothe undercover balcony with bbq and take in the stunning sea views.

There are 3 bedrooms all with TV's and split system heating and cooling The master bedroom has walk in robe and ensuite. You will enjoy the relaxing spa bath in the second bathroom.

For your convenience the laundry has a washer/dryer.

    Love this place just a few things that would make it better outdoor table and chairs for 6 people and a clothes horse to dry your close I don’t like to use dryer apart from that it’s beautiful

    The location of the Apartment made it walking distance for the Beach and majority of the Restaurants in the Cowes region. Would be more than happy to rent this property on future occasions.

    We were so fortunate to score this property with a short notice booking over a very busy weekend. The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The view was soothing and the location a very easy walking distance to all that Cowes has to offer - cafes, restaurants, beach as well as an open plan with a balcony to relax and enjoy the view. It did lack pantry items that makes a weekend away a little more of a burden especially as it has great kitchen and BBQ facilities. No Wi-fi at this property which is a little odd given the high grade property that this is.

    Overall a great stay at this perfectly positioned property. Situated across the road from the beach and walking distance to all the main cafes etc. The property itself is perfect for families and with bedrooms situated at the back of the apartment noise is not an issue if the kids go to bed early. The apartment itself is spacious with planter of room for a medium or large family. Overall we can’t fault it and would definitely be back again.

    The property was lovely, very clean and had amazing water views. Close to shops one block and far enough away so there was no noise. It was lovely, we would stay there again. Chris B

    Check in process was fine, unfortunately however, we had no hot water for a shower on arrival as some fault with the switch. On talking to the agent she informed us that this had happened to prior guests too. It seemed irresponsible of the owner not to have fixed this considering it had happened before! And for the cost per night a hot shower was something we fully expected to be able to have! Otherwise place was nice, bit dark. Bed in master not overly comfy. Good kitchen supplies

    Enjoyed the view and location. Will definitely look forward to renting this property again. The neighbour below was very nice. The only negative was the lock on the toilet was jammed.
