Stayed Jun 24, 2025We did not feel safe in this neighborhood. We asked to be put in a different vrbo and property management did not come through with our request. Pedestrians lingering in front of house to catch the bus transportation that is located in front of the house on driveway. You definitely can not take a stroll in the neighborhood like the listing suggests! Abandoned boarded homes to both sides and in front. This was not a relaxed vacation. We felt lied and deceived by the description of this home. Bedding had stains and bed frame was broken. Cleaners did come and fix the issue. Carpets were all stained. They need to be replaced asap! We did not want to walk on them barefoot. House had a bad lingering fish smell that was coming from the refrigerator. Unfortunately cleaners were not able to fix that. They advised management company to replace refrigerator from a while back. And management never did so. We had to deal with the smell during our stay. All of our food that we bought for during our stay had to be thrown out because of the repelling smell from the refrigerator. We could not open the refrigerator because the smell would linger in to the home. We did not allow the kids to peruse on the outside of the house due to all the abandoned items left outside in the property and bob wire. This was just an overall horrible experience

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This is the first time I’ve actually written a review though I have been renting properties for several years and even been a host a properties for a period of time. I’ll start with the good. I traveled with my mother, brother our spouses and children for a weekend getaway. Pros Property manager let us check in earlier @2 rather than 4. House is minutes from the highway. Property - air condition was cold. Overall though the house could use minor maintenance it had been nicely redone inside. Cons. Upon arrival we noticed that that a TV didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, and sheets didn’t appear clean in one of the bedrooms. (Stains, hair, and particles) I immediately notified the property manager. They asked us to send pictures. We sent pictures and videos. They told us they were looking into it. I checked back with the company a few times during the stay with no resolve. No concessions were offered. My husband refused to sleep on the dirty sheets and wanted to get a hotel. We had to wash our own sheets. Company was contacting maintenance for the TV. No one ever came, or called. It really stifle the start of our trip. Neighborhood. Because the house is down the street from the highway, things are nearby. But the actual location in the HOOD. The neighboring houses were abandoned homes w/boarded windows. Water pressure was low in shared bathroom. (We didn’t report)House exterior is unkept. Spider webs everywhere, deck dirty, uncleaned w/others belongings.

Stayed May 21, 2025This property was in a great location, easy drives to where we needed to be. It could use some updates, but the rooms were spacious and the setup was great for 3 couples and 2 small children. There is a rooster next door, so I would recommend a white noise machine/app, but that is obviously not something that could be controlled!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024This house may look small from the front once you are inside it is huge. It was very clean with everything we needed. Close to all attractions and convenient to all transits. The house was very clean and lovely. I would definitely stay again

Stayed Apr 19, 2024The house renovations are so cute . . .the decor was warm and inviting! The layout is so perfect for a group setting . . .a big open space where some people could sit in the dining room, others could sit in the living room, and people could stand in the kitchen and still all be together. No steps inside of the house. Bedrooms are a great size. The back bedroom is absolutely adorable with a little suite of its own. We loved the 2 back decks, also. This space is super cute to hang out with friends and family. The only negatives were the location of the house isn't so awesome but we never felt unsafe and the kitchen is not well-stocked; we had to run out to get pots, pans, utensils, etc. The property management communicated well and addressed all concerns immediately; much appreciated! Will definitely rent again.
