Close to Churchill Downs, airport, fairgrounds Kentucky Kingdom, hospitals, and Ohio Valley race track. Also, we are 15-20minutes from downtown depending on traffic. Stayed Feb 11, 2026IT WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY, QUIET NEIBORHOOD AND CLOSE TO WHERE WE HAD TO BE.EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND OPERATIONAL. I WOULD DEFINETLY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Stayed May 7, 2025The house was exactly as pictured. Host was easily accessible. The location of the house was perfect for our travels to the KY Expo center. Nice place to get away from the busy downtown area.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Don’t sleep on this place! The beds, bedding, and pillows were great, plenty of towels, nice tvs, and the washer & dryer came in handy. The neighborhood was so quiet! The neighbors waved at us and spoke. Felt very at ease and at home.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025Great time staying down in Louisville. Property manger was excellent getting back to me and everything ran smoothly. House was excellent and very clean. Was close to a lot of attractions down there for my friends and family to explore.
