We loved it. From the 7 year old to the 82 year old, this is a great sport for a large extended family gathering.

This place is amazing and such a paradise! I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for beautiful, tranquil luxury! Our group had so much fun and I cannot recommend this home enough! We were so happy in the accommodations were so beautiful. Thank you to our most gracious host who took care of every little detail.

A beautiful restful oasis we enjoyed with the entire family. Kids absolutely lived in the pool and hot tub. This house had very comfortable beds and all the kitchen amenities that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Host was very responsive to my messages and directions were very clear and concise. Thank you!

The house has everything you would need for a great vacation including a spacious property, stocked kitchen, game room entertainment, and comfortable beds. You are located outside of Palm Springs, but we had no issue with finding an Uber to take us into town. Make sure you bring a portable speaker if you want to listen to music by the pool. We didn’t have one and thought the house would. Also, keep an eye out for insects. There was a black widow (we killed it) and wasps near the pool. Other than that would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts were very responsive and the house truly elevated our trip!

We had a great stay at the Grotto! There were 12 girlfriends on this trip, and we fit perfectly into the space. The property is beautiful, and the gate and door codes made it easy for everyone to get in and out. Food deliveries and Ubers can come out to the house as well!

Had a great time at the oasis. Loved the pool and game room. Spacious and well maintained. The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions during our stay. We would consider staying there again if we were to visit Palm Springs again.

The house and pool were amazing allowing all of us adults to have the much needed relaxation that had escaped us. The kids played in the pool, spa and game room the entire time. There was plenty of space we could all lounge to retreat from the heat when necessary. The waterfall and foliage all made it seem like we were in a tropical destination.

Fun house for a family trip. The front yard is a perfect spot to hang out all day long, with the pool, game room and space for games you can play on concrete. The pool is a little smaller than expected and the fact that the pool wasn't by all the backyard games made it a little difficult for the family to be all together.

The Grotto was beautiful and the accomodations were very comfortable for our group of 8. We enjoyed the birds and resort-like grounds and are very happy with our stay. Thank you for making your lovely home available and for providing great communication before and during our stay!!

Great place for friends to gather. All 12 of us were able to eat around the table together and gather comfortably in the living room. Beds are comfortable and house temperature easy to control. Owners very responsive via text.

It was very nice

The covered patio and grotto pool with waterfall was a real hit with the whole family, and the arcade room had all the right games to keep active teens entertained. The whole house is well appointed and all the bedrooms and baths were comfortable and neat. There is plenty of parking for larger groups. We all enjoyed our stay.

The home is within 15-20 minutes to everything. There is a lot to do right on site with the games room, cards and board games. With three families and generations the layout of the house was perfect for all of us. It had a private area for each family group and communal areas for all to meet as well. It's starting to show it's age but still very functional and peaceful (except for the rooster next door). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location for a larger group.
