The host was great. Good communication. The house was clean and had everything needed for a great stay.

Well appointed, clean, comfortable, great deck overlooking the woods. Updated design, ample kitchen. Residence was just as cute as advertised. Will stay here again. Ben was prompt and very agreeable.

Nice, quaint property. Very well set up. We loved to location in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the deck was a nice addition to the house. Owner is very cordial and quick to respond. Would highly recommend it.

We were in town for a family function and The GreyWood was our home base for the duration of our visit. I believe this was best equipped rental property we have stayed in! Wasn’t a thing that we needed that wasn’t there. Home is lovely! We will be booking this again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay, using the home as a base for mountain biking. Easy access to the Back 40 from the property, and easy access to 71 for short drives to other trails in the region. The home is beautifully updated, clean, and has all the basic necessities included. The rear deck is an added bonus, overlooking the forest. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was very nice! Check in was super easy, and the place was very clean and comfortable.

Great little house for the weekend. Our 2nd time staying here. I actually rode out the back yard right onto the Back 40 trail. The deck is awesome.

This property was perfect for my daughters graduation! The space was cute and cozy. Our 4 year old had a blast in the back yard and enjoyed having his own little bedroom. Close to all the things we wanted to do and spacious enough to have a dinner for our family.

My husband requested a pretty place to hike for his bday. I found The Greywood and am so glad I did. The house was immaculately clean and we could get to the trail from the backyard. Ben had given me some suggestions on where to hike. So the next d ay we hit two of those trails. Everything about our stay was fun. Ben was a great and helpful host. I highly recommend!

Really awesome experience with both the house and the host. We stayed here last year and will do so again next year. The house is immaculate and a lovely space. There is a feeder trail to the back 40. Somebody put a sign on the trail (16) so you know where to go back up. Ben is super responsive both before and during stays. The only tip I have, because there was a moment of panic when I arrived after midnight- touch the touchscreen lock with your whole hand to wake it up. I tapped and tapped with no dice.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this home. The host thinks of everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The location is beautiful and is so peaceful backing up to the ozark trail yet close to bentoville to enjoy what the town offers. We will be back again. Thanks Ben!
