Stayed Aug 10, 2025Uncomfortable furniture. Beds too low to the floor. Air conditioning and straight at seating area icy cold. Bathroom rugs filthy. Should have sprayed or swept in the garage because I found a black widow web in the garage.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Some of us came from Las Vegas and some from Montana. We had other family just up the road from Texas and Kentucky. The location of both was perfect. This house and its hosts are the perfect place to stay in Sedona. Close to all attractions, walking distance to town. Not only was the home spotless and stocked with more than most it was also designed and decorated beautifully. Thank you! We plan to be back!!

Stayed May 16, 2025This property was special. The views were magnificent from multiple outdoor seating arrangements. We were so close to the village and all of its restaurants and shops. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all felt a sense of comfort and healing in this beautiful home. We will definitely be back soon.

Stayed May 11, 2025My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this property. The cleanliness and amenities were top notch. The best part, however, was the location! 10-20 minutes from most of our hikes and walkable to so many restaurants and shops! We will absolutely be looking to stay again for our next trip to Sedona!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025What a lovely way to celebrate my 65th birthday at the Great Escape! The views are amazing; the house is well appointed; and best of all the neighborhood is quiet, lovely, and within walking distance to some amazing restaurants (Elote, the Vault uptown, and Sedona Shorebird were our picks this time). Plus, the house has an electric charger for those of us with hybrid/electric cars. We definitely want to come back sometime soon!

Stayed Dec 3, 2024This was a very nice VRBO property. It was in town, (Sedona) but away from the bustle & traffic noise. Everything was very nice. The only negative might be the waste of water when warming up the water to take a shower. I am very big into conserving water in the west so the water wastage made me feel guilty!!

Stayed Oct 31, 2024We enjoyed a long weekend at The Great Escape and it couldn't have been better! We traveled with our two young-adult children and the house accommodated our need for separate space/bedrooms and wonderful shared spaces inside and out. The house is tucked away with a short, lovely walk through a beautiful neighborhood to morning coffee, shopping, trailheads and great food options. We were surrounded by breathtaking views at every angle. The night sky treated us to views of the Milky Way and shooting stars. Inside, everything was new. Gorgeous decor, fully-appointed clean kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. We just loved it. It was totally relaxing and we felt like everything was prepared for our arrival and ease. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024First off properly mgmt was great! The morning that we were to checkin we received a call that the AC was broken and not to worry as they were working on sending us new properties to choose from. Within minutes of the call I got 5 new listings all of which were equal or better than what we originally booked. We chose this property and was not disappointed. It is very spacious, clean and the views out every window for amazing. Would definitely stay there again!
