The Grace Escape

Had everything we needed. Lovely area to walk around and enjoy the lovely spring weather. Close to many cool areas, restaurants and sites to see. Beds were comfortable.

The Grace Escape was perfectly situated to access all the fun Richmond has to offer. We could walk to Carytown and Scott's Addition. Eileen was so easy to work with. She responded to communication quickly! Her home is clean and well organized. The fenced backyard was an additional treat for warm spring days! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful space and hostess! We were having a family reunion in town and wanted to stay together. The home was much more spacious than expected. Very clean space and excellent kitchen set up and supplies. The weather agreed with us to enjoy the back deck too. We appreciate the great spot to land for the weekend.

Eileen was wonderful to work with. The house was beautiful and inviting. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. I plan to stay at the Great Escape the next time I visit Richmond.

This was our second time staying at The Grace Escape, and it was just as perfect as the first time. Great backyard space for our dog, plus a walk-friendly neighborhood when we needed to get some additional sniffs in. Plenty of space to watch a football game with friends. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare a feast. Eileen was lovely and quick to respond to our questions. This house really does feel like our home away from home. We'll be staying there again!

The host was great, and the property is a cute little house in a nice neighborhood. The issue with our stay was there is a noticeable musty smell in this house, and from my prior experiences with older houses through the years, it seems like there might be mold/mildew issue. My mother, daughter and I were all coughing and sneezing by the time we left.

Great stay. The yard is perfect for pups, and the house is spacious and had most everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great. Very well decorated and had all the amenities you’d need. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was fantastic even though she was on vacation in Colorado! Would definitely stay here again.

A charming home in a lovely quiet neighborhood just outside of everything you could want in Richmond. The host was absolutely fantastic, and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.
