I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a wonderful house to stay at to enjoy what South Shore has to offer. Go have your fun at the lake and then escape back to the house in a quiet and serene setting. The short walk to trout creek was a major plus.

Stayed Oct 1, 2022We really liked the house, it was a nice size, very clean, had everything we needed for the weekend. The one negative was the one rude and hostile neighbor. At 7:20pm when we were just sitting in the hot tub and playing corn hole (all adults no loud children) he stood up over the fence, immediately started cursing to “shut the &@&!? Up” and threatened to call the police. It put a damper on our evening and was disappointing way to end our weekend. One small thing was the master bathroom toilet ran all night long. Otherwise we really enjoyed the house.

Wish there were some lights at the kitchen as it was dark... also, plastic wraps in bed were a bit odd - makes noise when you sleep. The heating fan needs fixing as it makes loud noise.Other then that, place was great... i would stay back...

Reviewer Comments: We got to SLT before the normal check-in, but not to worry the house was ready and we went right in. The house is large all 10 of us had comfortable bedrooms. The jigsaw puzzle on the kitchen table was a huge hit. All of us spent time fitting pieces together. We didn't even think about turning on the tv all weekend. We took advantage of the outside table and chairs for all meals. It was a quiet location, the house was spotless and several of us took advantage of the woods across the street for walks or jogs. We would book the house again.

Stayed Jul 23, 2021Everything with the house was pretty god for the most part. Kitchen has no coffee maker just a keureg. Larger pots and pans for cooking larger amounts of food for a larger crowd would be better. This home max Capacity is 10 but cooking for 10 is tough with small cookware. We were not able to figure out turning on all the kitchen lights and there were light switches EVERYWHERE! The neighbor on the joining back side of the home called the sheriff on us at 5pm stating we were to loud. We were unable to enjoy the rest of our stay as a result worried that if called again, the sheriff would come back out and we would be fined $1000 for the noise complaint. As a group we have stayed in multiple homes in south lake tahoe and have never experienced this!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean with new furniture and appliances. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the home was ready to rent. It was the hottest weekend in Lake Tahoe and with no AC it was very uncomfortable. Some windows and sliders didn’t have screens so we couldn’t open toLet air in. Also, the street noise in master bed is awful. Since it was hot we opened window and the sound of traffic all through the night made for sleepless nights!
