Covid Information

In addition to the cancellation policy listed, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, or the state of Utah is not allowing outside visitors, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If ski resorts are operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

    The condo was just as described and so easy to hop the shuttle and ski deer valley and get to Park City for restaurants. The unit was extremely well stocked and equipped for a family. The host and management company were very responsive and helpful. Super comfy beds too!!!

    The owner / manager won't help if something goes wrong. We lost power for nearly 24 hours in the cold, 11 degrees. Upon returning home we asked for some type of compensation and were completely ignored. It's a show of character and if you're visiting Park City and blindly trusting someone to rent their home, I'd be careful with this one.

    Perfect if you are planning on skiing at Deer Valley. It is right on the free city bus route so you don't have to worry about the parking lots filling up. Very nice property with a nice view from the hot tub!

    This was a terrific condo in very near proximity of Deer Valley (5 mins from the deer valley parking lot). Beds were wonderful (great mattresses & bedding), 2 bathrooms had large showers, kitchen had a wonderful island & huge dining table. The downstairs condo location is very convenient to the adjacent garage for loading & unloading. We enjoyed our afternoons in the outdoor spa after our days of skiing nearby, overlooking trees & snow.

    Perfect location in deer valley. Felt private but had area out front for kids to play in the snow and a private hot tub. Highly recommend!
