Beautiful property in a great location. Had everything that we wanted. Ann and family are great hosts. Would absolutely recommend and use again next time we are in Houston

Anne allowed us to stay in other accommodation as we flew in several hours before our booked accommodation was ready. She also responded very quickly to repair lift and internet.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay, nor have enough space to! From start to finish, the experience and communication was a 10/10. Ann (the host) was not only responsive, but genuinely kind, professional, and extremely accommodating. As a true Capricorn, planning a group trip can already be stressful! Especially when you like things to be perfect and running smooth at all times. So imagine planning a trip for your birthday while flying in from out of state adds a whole extra layer of stress. Ann immediately eased any worries I had with no hesitation. She and her staff worked tremendously hard to get the home ready and presentable so we could check in as soon as we arrived, which made the entire trip start off smoothly. That level of communication began weeks prior and continued throughout our stay! Any concern I brought up was met with reassurance and a solution! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, and the home is even more beautiful in person than the photos. It was quite funny because our ride share drivers complimented the home and area each trip! I tend to get homesick when traveling but the atmosphere this home provided was so welcoming and comfortable. The home itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a group. The private bathrooms in each room and the thoughtful extras of items stocked made everything so convenient and comfortable. Overall the best home I’ve stayed at! If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!

i stayed here with my family to recover after surgery and they went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible they brought in a wedge for the bed and a bedside table and it was great to have the elevator to help me get around my family and i enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this property we had great communication with the landlord and everything went so smoothly

I booked The Glass Haus for my husband’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The location is excellent, just 15 minutes or less from downtown Houston and the Galleria Mall. The property itself is beautiful, both inside and out. Mrs. Ann, the host, was absolutely amazing. She responded promptly to all my messages and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend The Glass Haus for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with family.

The Glass Haus is exactly as it was described- pure luxury! The location was convenient to everything our group wanted to do. Ann was amazing and very responsive and we greatly appreciate it. I hosted a 55th Birthday Slumber Party for myself and a few of my closest friends. I wanted it to be special and memorable. When I saw the Glass Haus, I knew it’d be the perfect spot. It was much more than expected. The property is impressive, inviting and comfortable. My communication with the owner was outstanding.
