The Gathering Place- with Arcade!

I cannot recommend this property. This house was filthy. The floors were so bad you couldn’t walk without shoes. The bath mats may have never been washed. Dishes and flatware looked to be used and then returned to the drawers and cupboards without washing. By day 2 there were black bugs on the kitchen counters and in the food we purchased. The property was missing many items advertised: soap and shampoo dispensers were empty in both bathrooms. Only 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels provided. No hairdryer. Very few dishes. None for children. No dish towels. No ice maker. No spices for cooking. There was a cabinet full of smoke detectors not installed. Such a disappointment we left our family Christmas holiday a day early.

The hosts for this property were so professional and attentive. The home was clean and restocked with the necessities. It was perfect for our large family group that was attending a wedding in Abilene. The arcade room was a hit with both the kids and the kids at heart. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Clean home in a great neighborhood. It was a quick stay for us, but we walked our dog a couple of times around the very friendly and safe area. Plenty of room in the home with amazing water pressure I with we could take home with us!!! The home is just as pictured and Josh was quick to respond if messaged.

Really need to work on cleanliness. Microwave dirty, bed sheets looked dirty and had hair on them. Floor was also dirty AC not cooling properly- could never get inside temperature below 76 during the heat of the day.Property needs some tender loving care.

The property offers lots of room for a large family. There are some great amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highways are easily accessible. The cleanliness of the property was a little less desirable. Not terrible but not what I expected. Windows and sills were dirty and dusty. Oven dirty and a few things broken throughout. Dust on ceiling fans. Beds felt as if sand had been scattered in them. Would have loved to enjoy the backyard but the lawn was a bit overgrown. Overall we loved the space and area. Great property and location for the price.

This property was everything that was advertised and much more! Clean, quiet and very comfortable. There were more amenities than advertised and communication with the property owner was quick and easy. I would recommend this in a heartbeat!

Lots of space, and very comfortable beds!
