The Gathering Place Upscale! Walkable! 5-Bedroom 4 Bathroom Downtown Indy

This place is amazing! The host is attentive to every detail. Full size toiletries in bathrooms, plenty of towels and extra beach towels for the hot tub! We stayed here for a cheer competition and our teens loved having the upstairs area to themselves. There’s tons of games and a great media room set up that they loved. The host was extremely attentive and messaged us back immediately when we had a question. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Second time staying there. Close to downtown convention center and Licas Oil Stadium. Will stay there again if we travel there again.

Great location with lots of amenities like a hot tub and comfortable outdoor seating areas. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to messages. Great place to stay in Indianpolis.

Home was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The front porch was our happy place. We were a group of college friends to watch the Fever play and explore the city. Would definitely return and recommend all check it out.

This house is in a great location, close enough to The Garage to walk, can hop on the bike/walk path and just five minute drive to downtown. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Fully furnished kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig, soaps in bathrooms and very fluffy towels. Hot tub was bubbling! Will definitely stay again.

This place was wonderful, it's our 3rd time staying here, and it is very comfortable and close to everything we were there for and things we planned on doing

This place is excellent—so much room and things for everyone. We played air hockey all hours of the day and night. There was a bedroom upstairs for the kids, with an entertainment area to play their Xbox and games: a big living room, kitchen, and dining area. We watched football in the hot tub with a video projector. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. We ran out of dishwasher pods, and she delivered them within an hour. We told her we were going to Kroger anyway, but she still delivered. I would recommend 10/10 and will be staying again.

We had 5 families that were very comfortable having a great gathering space as well as the bedroom space to get away from everyone if needed. The kids loved the upstairs entertainment area.

Beautiful home, comfortable beds and furnishings, they yhought of everything! Snacks and waters were an extra nice touch. We had 6 people with 5 staying so more than enough room. Hot tub and table firepit was nice on a cold December night. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Indy for four nights to attend a band competition at Lucas Oil Stadium. 9 of us stayed at the home. It was close to the stadium area and in a very safe area. Newly remodeled, and very clean. We also appreciated the amenities like shampoo/conditioner in the showers, coffee and bottles of water, and snacks in the kitchen! We will plan to stay again when we return to Indy.

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our stay. Plenty of room to get some quite alone time, and great spaces to gather for meals, conversation, and games. The place was clean and well appointed with items needed to cook meals and the complimentary snacks were nice to grab on the go. We had all the groceries we needed for our stay delivered from a nearby Kroger and it was so convenient (and inexpensive) not to have to eat every meal out. The host was very responsive to questions and immediately corrected one small issue we had with a dead battery on a room lock. Looking forward to staying here on our next visit!

Fabulous host who addressed an unusual situation with grace, a sense of humor and excellent problem solving skills. Lots of things to keep teens occupied. Comfortable and cozy.

We stayed two nights, big bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms made it great! The outdoor space is everything anyone could ask for. The whole place was great and we will probably be back! Great quality of every thing in and out of the house. Can’t say enough good things!

This property was the perfect choice for our group of 5. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything we could need. It was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to many locations downtown As a group of 5 women, we felt safe and pampered!
